There are several levels of support at Royal Kia. I started with an online chat and then Taylor Lawrence contacted me and set me up with someone with an iPhone so that we could FaceTime. From there everything went smoothly and within a week I had a new car delivered to my driveway. Good job!

Everyone was really helpful and polite. Eddie the service advisor was great. Explained everything in detail and they even fixed a recall the car had! I didn't even mind waiting for it since they have a nice setup for customers!
