Gary Simpson was our sales professional, he’s was very transparent and took the pressure off! From the time we walked in to driving away with our new RDX took only a couple hours, not all day!

It was a pleasure always having my MDX serviced in the Tempe dealership. I had an Auto Butler waxing for the car and oil change, which I do every 6 months for the last 2 years and a half...special mention to Tech Advisor David Willot, who handles all my car's needs and they give GREAT service always and up to your best expectations. Big Service done well

Well, it was time (66,000 miles and almost six years) to get the timing belt service on our 2017 RDX. Maddie kept us well informed as the process unfolded. Yes, it was expensive but much less than a total engine loss if the belt gives out. We plan to keep this vehicle a few more years and pro rating the cost over 8 years or so of ownership makes it a good deal.

Great communication

Came in for scheduled maintenance and was informed I had a few additional items that needed to be performed. I was made aware of the additional time it would take. My service rep, Andrew, personally took me over to a place to eat, a porter then picked me up to go to Costco, and finally brought me back in time for my car to be ready. Happy I could knock out some errands while waiting for my car to be serviced.
