free battery replacement

My 2+ year old battery died in the middle of the afternoon so; I charged it and drove to the Tempe Acura dealership. They immediately took it in and replaced the Acura battery at no charge since it was still within the warranty. Back on the road within about 2 hours with a new battery!

Exceptional Service

After waking up to a dead battery and a car that would not start. I got the car started with a jump and brought it to Tempe Acura. Abel and his team took it in with almost no notice and performed a thorough inspection and replaced the battery. Had me in and out within an hour! Thank You Abel and the team.

An emergency comes up as the alternator fails on the only car we have. I drive immediately to Tempe Acura where I am always treated like family (no appointment / no problem, it's an emergency) by Todd (my service advisor who knows Acuras inside and out) and the service Manager Able who kindly handled another embarrassing problem I had crop up). This is the competent, professional and personable Acura dealership you want to do business with.

Continued Fine Service

From my desert location, and living and working near my dealership I did not worry about the mechanics of my MDX. However, going to the mountains, with lows in the 20's, my battery, after 3 1/2 years, sounded 'iffy' and different. You need to know the sounds of your machines. When I returned to the desert, I contacted my dealership and found I could be a walk-in on Saturday. I did so and the battery failed some sort of test and a new one was installed under warranty. This is why I am very happy with my fourth Acura.

Truly great experience

After being very disrespected and feeling lied-to and mishandled by a dealer in Tucson (Quebedeaux), I was really stressed and frustrated with the car buying process. However, I decided to take a risk and look at two options for the car that we wanted ('14/'15 Honda Pilot) which were an hour and a half away in Phoenix. Both dealers gave me a great experience (the other was Autonation Chevrolet), treated me with respect, listened to me, and took what I stated seriously. When I made it clear that my price point was a certain amount, they did not try to press me higher; nor did they hide a higher price behind a finance discount. Not only that, but they worked extra hard to give me as good of a deal on my trade-in as they reasonably could and they explained in-detail their reasoning. Even when I had difficulty with dealing with my bank online, they were patient and very helpful through the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.
