I was sold a lemon

On 8/22/23 I purchased a used vehicle. There was a check engine light on that we were told was the gas cap. The salesman Darren told us to write all the issues down and bring the vehicle back for repair. I called to make appointment with Jasmine the used car service agent. She never called me back I had to physically go into the Service Center to ask for her on 8/24/23 by that time there were several other issues with the vehicle that came up. She had me make an appointment for 9/5/23. on 8/25 there was a problem with the steering so my husband went directly to the service center and was met by Darren the salesman and Jasmin. They told him all issues would be address. He left the vehicle there. She called me and stated some of the issues had to wait until the warranty kicked in. Engine light ended up being a cracked gas tank. I didn't get my vehicle back till after 9/14/23 and the climate control panel was not replaced they again said we had to wait till the "warranty kicked in". so I called again to take in vehicle this time it was Cody said he would take care of everything. So we took it in once again for service. They had it again from 11/1 /2023 to 12/12/23 all that was fixed was an oil leak and window tint was told the climate control was on back order till 1/4/2024 so he said we could come pick it up and he will notify us when it comes in. I had to call Cody to check on it he never informed me of anything. The part finally came in on 1/14/24 so we took the Jeep back and there was now a clicking noise from the actuator due to the climate control panel and another oil leak. Spoke to the Sales Manager they refused to fix either problem so we had no choice but to pick up the vehicle. Now the other window on the passenger side has fell down. 6 know issues that occurred within under 5 months of owning it each time Cody promising the issues would be taken care of.

Wont refund warranty after car totaled.

Son wrecked his new car. All the dealer adds at this dealership are worthless so he was out over 2K right there. Still, we were going to buy another new car. Easy sale right? Problem is the dealership and warranty company do not want to return our money. They say its pro-rated now. Before during the sale they say you have a year to cancel it as the first year is 100% covered by KIA. After the wreck that changed to pro-rated from time of purchase so we have to pay for the 4-5 months we had the car despite the warranty not kicking in yet. Ok. So to get the money back you have to prove the car is totaled right? So the insurance company sends them everything. Nope, not enough. They want the insurance company and me to sign something together, with a notary and use a specific form that only the warranty company can provide and.......they dont provide it. Two months of calling the warranty person at Mark Kia and we have never once received a call back. Total loss buying from Mark Kia over another dealership in worthless add-ons and them keeping my extended warranty money is about four to five THOUSAND dollars. Avoid.

Do not buy from this dealership!! Horrible customer service! They treat you like they don't want you to by a car! Abdul has to be the worst sales person I've ever dealt with. Can't believe this dealership hasn't gone under with the way they treat potential buyers.

Very prompt, good communication, professional, and thorough. No hard sell for anything the technician suggested we do and the printout of those suggestions is great to keep in my file for the next time. Renewed Lease

I turned in my expiring lease for a new one. The new car hadn't been delivered yet and there were no loaners available. (The morning of our appointment my car's battery decided it had enough.) So to make sure we were taken care of, the dealership gave me a new battery to use until my car was delivered. They are great.

Extremely Satisfied

Manny and Mark were both knowledgeable, friendly and extremely responsive. When the original vehicle I wanted was sold during negotiations Manny worked diligently to find a second vehicle that would work. He also worked to get a great deal to soften the disappointment of missing out on the original vehicle. Joorman delivered my paperwork directly to my home and was very helpful and professional. Marciela in finance was kind and patient with my questions and I appreciated her willingness to be available for any future questions. I also appreciated she did not exert the typical aggressive upsell of additional options but otherwise explained the various benefits, gave her recommendations and allowed me to make an informed decision. I felt respected and not pressured. Many thanks to the entire team. I look forward to receiving my vehicle soon and I am sure will have a similar positive experience upon delivery.
