Absolutely the best new car buying experience we’ve ever had. Melissa Huth our sales consultant was very knowledgeable of their inventory and was able to answer all our questions. No cheesy or sleazy smoke and mirror sales pitch from her whatsoever. Ty Rivera the sales manager played no games with us. He truly changed our opinion on dealing with dealerships, as honest and straight forward as they come. We had appointments with 4 other VW dealerships following Lunde as they were our first stop but the honesty and no BS sales strategy saved us from the torture. I know this all sounds to good to be true but it is. We won’t hesitate to recommend Lunde in the future. K&R Rogers.

Had a Nissan Pathfinder that my wife LOVED but it developed an engine problem and we decided to get a new one. After doing our research we found the VW Atlas offered many improvements over the Nissan. After driving the Atlas and liking it a lot, we decided to head over to Nissan and give the Pathfinder another shot. We were immediately struck by how much better the Atlas drove and how the Atlas had much better audio and electronics. We were also impressed by the sales staff at Lunde. We never once felt we weren't getting the best deal nor did we experience any sales pressure from Lunde's staff. That was the complete opposite of our Peoria Nissan experience. I will definitely be back for my next car.

I'll admit I can be rather particular when purchasing a car as I spent several years in and around the automotive industry. At one time Saturn of Peoria, now Peoria VW was one of my customers. And while it's been several years ago I found several of the people I had worked with were still there in one capacity or another. This is a good thing. A Dealer who takes care of his people is definitely a plus. Troy Dosch the General Manager and, Owner to be, put me in the very capable hands of Austin Sexton. Austin went above and beyond tending to my purchasing peculiarities, answering my questions and digging to find out information which was important to me. And while there were some issues during the reconditioning portion of getting my used car ready I was kept informed and feel I was treated very fairly. I went through Consumer Reports Auto Buying service. Sarah initially contacted me through SMS text within a few hours of requesting information. I arranged for a test drive with Austin. After the drive, we discussed the "add-ons" provided by LundeVW. A few days later, I informed Sarah that another VW dealership had my desired GTI in the right color , at a desired price and more importantly with a 6-speed manual transmission. She discussed some of the tactics employed to "lure" buyers into a dealership. She also discussed how Lunde VW is different and wanted to know what can be done to earn my business. I shared what I was looking for and Sarah went to work. She called me back in minutes to inform me that they would be able to deliver my desired vehicle in a day or two. Later that afternoon, I worked with Austin and Ty to secure an acceptable purchasing price. Despite being pre-approved for a great rate 3.29%, Ty was able to better that with a 2.9% rate. The purchase price was agreed upon with the stipulation I would finance with VW. Two days later, I completed the paperwork, inspected the car, given a tour of the dealership then drove home a happy customer. I am utterly astonished how easy it was to shop and then purchase my desired vehicle. Sarah, Austin and Ty were professional and pleasant to work with.

We stopped by to look at Tiguan and possible other models. I have always found the car buying experience to be a less than pleasant experience. Pushy sales people and price bantering are not my idea of a fun afternoon. Surprisingly we found non of this while we were at your car lot. The salesman that greeted us answered our questions very succinctly but without the normal pressure you can sometimes get. There wasn't the usual, "Well, what can we get you into today?" attitude shown by any of the staff we spoke to during our visit. We ended up purchasing a 2017 Tiguan and even that process was simple and easy. We were shown the price along with the discounts and other costs. We could then choose our downpayment and how long to pay etc Never at any part of the process did we feel rushed or pushed or felt that there were going to be hidden fees that would show up at the end. I will definitely recommend Lunde's Peoria Volkswagen to all my friends

It was time for a new car. VW Beetle came to mind because when I returned from Vietnam, my first new car purchase ever was a 1968 Dark Blue Beetle. Loved that car! I spent some time comparing the new 2018 VW Beetle to a number of comparable models and specifications from other vendors. A VW.com search brought me to Lunde's. I searched the inventory and found a few cars that met my criteria. When I visited the store on 2/19, the atmosphere was vibrant and friendly. The store was very busy. So, I was approached by the sales manager who introduced me to Danny. Danny made the selection, trial drive, and buying process painless. And I had a trade in. Nathaniel did my finances quickly, efficiently, and was very flexible working out payment options. All Peoria Volkswagen personnel were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Their personal attention to detail and customer care removed any high stress associated with a major purchase like this. Passat 2017 se We were looking for a car for my wife Sharon and finally settled in on a VW Passat 2017 SE with technology TSi. This car was loaded with everything. Sharon loved and we began the process. Our salesperson Miguel was very knowledgeable about the car and it's technologies and we loved the way it handle and Sharon loved the look and feel of the interior. We had visited Lunde on a couple occasions, originally looking for a car for my boyfriend. Although he has yet to make a purchase, the sales team was always so nice and we did not feel any pressure while browsing. So, when I decided to buy a vehicle, which I originally thought would be used, I wanted go to Lunde first. Again, our experience was the same...such an accommodating group for folks without the stress and pressure we've experienced with other auto purchases. I ultimately purchased a new Volkswagen with Youseff and Nathaniel being wonderful to work with. I will certainly spread the good word about this company.

We have a friend who used Lund's Peoria VW and told us to check them out. We were looking to purchase a used Chevy Equinox to flat tow behind out Motor Home. They had a 2014 on the lot so we checked them out..........WOW we were treated like gold. We purchased it without checking anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone.

WOW! What an experience! Prior to purchasing my 2016 Beetle Classic on Christmas Eve at Lunde's Peoria VW, car shopping/buying was #1 on my MOST HATED list of things to do. Lunde's has become MY dealership for life! The employees are TOP NOTCH and FUN! GREAT people and personalities! NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER. Absolutely NO running back and forth to the Sales Manager for deal approval. A completely different experience for me. This is how car buying should be done EVERYWHERE! Doug Luoma in Sales had infinite patience with me. He explained all the techy gadgets in my Beetle that I was previously oblivious to. He remained calm during my test drive as well, LOL! The dealership is immaculate, inside and out. EVERYONE smiles and laughs, so clearly it's an enjoyable place to work...everybody is helpful and gets along. Very upbeat! Transaction time was quick and efficient. They didn't bat an eye at my quirky payment questions/needs/details. I have had my car for 6 days now and I enjoy it immensely. My greatest thanks to all at Lunde's Peoria VW for completely revamping my previously ultra negative thoughts on car buying. I had a marvelous time and drove away with both a terrific deal and vehicle! KUDOS!!! P.S. Even the coffee is terrific!

I just bought my first brand new car. I got a 2017 Jetta SEL. The whole process was quick and easy. Ty was very helpful and easy to talk to during the whole process. This is the second car that I have bought from this dealership with Ty's help. I worked with Danny to purchase a car that has been a dream purchase since I was 16 years old. He stayed late and came in on his day off to make sure that we could make a deal that I was comfortable with and was within my budget. I never felt pressured by anyone on their staff; everyone was extremely courteous and attentive. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, or more specifically a VW, I highly recommend Lunde VW! They told me they aren't paid on commission and I feel like we, as consumers, automatically dismiss that as impossible. So I'll say this- even if they ARE paid on commission, they sure as hell didn't act like it! Thank you Danny & the whole team for helping me get my 2016 VW Jetta!!

Recently, we purchased a 2015 VW Jetta sedan. It was by far the BEST car buying experience ever! I first found the car on Lunde's online inventory. I was immediately contacted via email by an associate and we began negotiating costs. Bennett gave us a GREAT deal and soon we were on our way to Peoria to test drive the vehicle. As soon as we got there, Albert had the car waiting and answered all our questions. Once in finance, Nathaniel had us out in 25 min !!! We got a great deal and we're out in less than 1 hr and 15 min. I live in Wyoming and was visiting my sister when I stopped by the dealership to have the oil changed on my 10 year old Passat. While waiting for my car to be finished I walked the lot and spotted a 2013 Jetta TDI with exactly the options I was looking for. I didn't buy it that day but, I saw it was still available a bit later. I reached out to the dealership and was contacted immediately and had a very nice discussion with Bennet. She was very helpful and best of all, professional and not at all high pressure. We made the deal and I flew down from Billings, MT the next day to pick up the car. Everyone at the dealership was great to work with from Troy, to Nathan in finance and Danny in sales. The dealership has a nice warm family feel to it unlike so many other high pressure dealerships. It was well worth my time to come to Peoria VW. Thanks for a great experience!

She was the 2nd person to reach out to me and after talking to her I knew I would only purchase a VW from this dealership! When I went in I had the opportunity to work with Ty and he was amazing! I purchased my first Golf TDI from Peoria VW, right after they became a Volkswagen dealer in 2010. They are fantastic! I came out of a Mini Cooper and have never looked back! Every interaction with every employee is a five star experience, from the service guys to the front office gals to the sales people and management. My second purchase which just occurred was a little more challenging due to product issues with the manufacturer, but Rick and Doug hung in there with us and resolved the issues to our complete satisfaction and more! The staff is knowledgable and professional, but even more important, patient, honest and just plain nice to work with. I traded both of my existing vehicles in and felt that I received exceptional value on the trades, so I am never concerned about the process because they make it so easy to do business with them. Paperwork was a snap too. I enjoy going to the dealership and seeing all of theses really great people! I cannot imagine buying from any other dealer, even though I live two hours away. It is that a great of an experience!
