The entire sales staff at Kendal Lexus made my RX450H buying experience enjoyable. Austin, my sales rep worked with me to get a price I was happy with. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the cars features and went over them with us in great detail. Look forward to the same kind of professionalism and customer service during my future service visits. I am disappointed with the scheduling of repair service. The soonest I could have a brake noise looked at which was discovered after driving off the lot was 4 weeks. Fortunately the brake issue isn't a safety issue.

Was looking for a used Highlander and ended up buying a new Lexus. Saleswoman went above and beyond to help me. She answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. She was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and pleasant. If she didn’t have an immediate answer she got it within minutes. Purchase paperwork was handled quickly. I was introduced to head of all departments. She ran through all car systems during sale and before I took car home. She made the experience special.

Lacey and Colleen are amazing! They found me a car that I loved and an amazing deal to go with it. Not only are they so knowledgeable about what they do but they are some awesome and trustworthy people which I find it hard to find these days. Our salesman was very professional,well informed, friendly and was not rushing us to any ultimate decision. Hands Down the Best Car Dealer I Have Worked With!

I can honestly say that I have never had a more pleasant buying experience that with this dealership. Extremely low-pressure sales, I never felt uncomfortable or pressured in any way to make a decision, and they highly respected my needs and my goals in the deal. They gave me an absolutely amazing deal on the vehicle I purchased and the vehicle I traded in, making the process an easy decision. Even the finance office was fun! Kevin, Colleen, Cody, and James were all very professional and extremely great to work with. Plus, it all came with freshly baked cookies and delicious coffee! Also, I noticed a weird scratch on the car once I got home, and they immediately got the car back in and had the scratch fixed in about 20 minutes. Amazingly easy and fast service. As long as I am in Alaska, this will now be the dealership I work with. I was already a fan of Toyota, but now Lexus & Toyota have made a believer out of me. Thanks for the incredible experience and the incredible machine that is my new automobile!

Rx 350 Heads Up........

My wife and I have driven a trouble free Subaru Outback for the past 15+ years for our winter car here in Alaska and Corvettes for fun in the summer. We decided it was time for a new car and turned to Consumer Reports again for a recommendation. Lexus topped the list for overall excellence (April 2013) and it offered the Heads-up Display which we had come to love in our Corvettes. We stopped by Kendall Lexus of Alaska just to check it out and found that they live up to the Lexus covenant that "Lexus will treat each customer as we would a guest in our home". We decided on the RX350 because of it's reliability rating and it fit our life style. They didn't have one in stock with the Heads-up Display option so we waited until they got one in a few months later and we are glad we did. We took the car in yesterday to have some accessories added and we were impressed with the friendly,efficient and professional service we received. We also appreciated the RX350 loaner car they let us use to run errands while we ours was in the shop.

I recently moved to Alaska from California. I was an owner of a Lexus SC 430 (sports coupe) that was not going to survive Alaska. I have never lived in snow, but I felt as though I needed to purchase a truck (I have never owned a truck) to feel comfortable driving in the snow. Being a Lexus owner, I chose the GX 460. Unfortunately, after one week I didn't want the vehicle. It was a great vehicle, just an extreme change for me. I was not comfortable driving and felt as though I should have gotten a reliable car instead. I took it back to Lexus, about two weeks later, and they were so forthcoming to all my needs and ensuring I was satisfied. From the Sales Rep. that assisted me to the manager and finance department, I now have a vehicle that I love!!!! My fiancé was shocked that I did not lose money in the deal but was able to exchange so easily. He is still shocked at how wonderful the Kendall Lexus Dealership was oppose to others. I cant believe I was able to purchased a vehicle and take it back with not hassle!
