Was planning to shop around to get a good deal but purchased the vehicle at the first stop. Credit goes to sales person Micky Miller and manager Trey Dressler. They were very helpful, professional and patient. Negotiation was pleasant and reasonable.I have purchased several cars in the past and would rate this experience as one of the best.

The car buying process at MB of Irondale was seamless. Eric Burks was our sales consultant and he was highly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He helped us narrow down which vehicle we were interested in and got us into that same car the next day. Very impressive dealership. I was immediately greeted by Arsenio Eatmon - salesman. He was very knowledgeable, considerate and a friendly young man. With his help I was able to decide on a vehicle to order. It was a pleasure to work with him on this purchase. I would gladly recommend him to my friends. He kept me informed throughout the production and delivery process. On the day I took possession of the car Arsenio in great detail reviewed the operational features I needed to understand before driving home. This was a 5 star experience from start to finish. Best customer service, hands down. Arsenio Eatmon was the best salesman ever. On my first visit, he made sure I was taken care of while I waited by allowing me to get free food from the Edgar's Bakery located inside the showroom. He was super patient and helpful. He even took the time to show me how to use an EV charging station for my new car.
