when i purchased my volvo last October, melissa, who sold me the car was friendly, very informative to me about the car. She wasn't "pushy" but was honest in her approach. I appreciated that. Since I purchased the car, she has reassured me assistance on any questions and training on how to operate the car. I have found her to be helpful, kind and patient with me when I have asked her questions re. my operation of some of the electronic equipment of this car. I don't mind calling her if I have questions about my car. She is a great 'go to' person.

In the 50 plus years that we have been purchasing cars we have never had a more truthful, pleasant buying experience than the one we just had at Paramount. Our salesperson Jim Richardson was very helpful in all aspects of our purchase, he did what he said he would do and guided us thru the most pleasant buying experience we have ever had. Glen the used car manager took a lot of time explaining the operations of our Mercedes E350 as to the setup of the car, the Bluetooth etc., and said if we had any future questions to give him a call. We would recommend Paramount to anyone looking to buy any kind of automobile. We certainly will give Paramount our business the next time we need a car. Don't let the bigness of the dealership scare or fool you, these folks are down to earth.

This was my first time going to a dealership to purchase a vehicle and I was very apprehensive about the process of buying a car. Caleb P, of Paramount Volkswagen, took the time to listen to me in order to figure out exactly what I was looking for and found a perfect used option that was also well within my price range. While we were on the test drive and going over the details of the car, I never were or felt rushed or pressured to make a decision.The atmosphere in the dealership was relaxing and the other staff were as friendly and inviting as my sales person, Caleb. The sale was easy and hassle free. I did my research online, sent the salesman and email asking if he could match the pricing I found on Edmunds.com and he emailed back and said yes. Drove to the dealer signed the paperwork and drove off in our new Volvo XC60. It made the time at the dealership fun and enjoyable for all parties involved.

This is my 9th Volvo purchase and 5th from this dealer and salesman. It is so very important for a single woman to feel comfortable with the people she works with when buying a car.
