They forged my signature

They forged my signature on the Buyer's Order document and sent it to the bank with $6000 more than what we agreed on. Downingtown Police Department received my statement regarding this incident and will start investigation. Christopher Donze is the manager who was signing this deal and he is ONE BIG [non-permissible content removed]. General Managers didn't answer the phones or respond to e-mail in a timely manner and forwarded my request back to Christopher Donze.

Jeff D was absolutely fantastic. They had provided an great online clearance quote for a new 2014 Passat TDI SE. When I arrived the next morning for a test drive they discovered that it had been sold but they stood behind their offer with the same price for a new 2015 model. The salesman patiently answered all our questions, and made the whole experience a great one. I highly recommend Jeff D for a positive buying experience at a great price. It was worth the 50 mile drive there.

We just bought a 2014 Passat from Jeff D and we must say the experience was excellent. Their price quote for the car was below the Truecar value listed. Additionally, they unilaterally found us an extra $1,000 in savings without us requesting those savings. The sales staff was knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. They took their time to go over everything from the car amenities to the invoice but still attempted to have us have the quickest, most efficient car buying experience. We would definitely recommend this dealer. We went to a dealer that was closer but they not only were rude but offered less at a higher price.

Car Buying Can be Fun and Easy on the Wallet

I just bought a VW GSR from Jack D at Jeff D'Ambrosio in PA. Better price and better service than other dealerships in the Tr-State area. Here there was no hassle, honest talk, and my salesman patiently demonstrated how the navigation, phone, and other features on the GSR work, rather than just saying, "This car has ." Oh, and I got .9 percent interest. Lastly, Jack took the large poster of the GSR out of its frame and gave it to me. "You bought the last one," he said. No wonder Jess D'Ambrosio sells a lot of cars.

As I am in the market for a new car, I stopped by to ask a few questions about the GTI. Not only were my questions answered, but I was able to test drive a brand new GTI with no hassle (which is surprising as I made it clear I was not buying it that day). I was also able to check out a few other models and discuss the payment details on top of that. The staff, especially a Mr. Joe M, was quite willing to spend time discussing the vehicle and would answer any an all questions I had. As far as staff and helpfulness goes, I recommend this dealer.

I sent in an email request online and I was responded to right away. I set up an appointment to go in and look at a few cars. The buying process couldnt have been any easier as the prices were exceptional. It really made buying the car easy. The managers were so attentive to me and my salesperson was so informative on the vehicles I was interested in. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know!

I recently had a great experience at this dealer. I wasnt sure exactly which vehicle I wanted and the sales person I had made it very easy to decide. They had a wealth of knowledge and were so very helpful. The managers were great, friendly and polite. In my opinion you cant go wrong with this dealer, they are great all the way around. And to top it all off I got a really great competitive price!

Minus one sales person, I believe all other staff is unqualified to sell VWs. They don't know about any of VWs special programs and even though they just started selling VW, they should educate themselves. I know VWs very well and there is no way they would have been able to answer any of my questions about them. If I didn't love the car I test drove, liked this particular sales person, and hadn't spent all day there, I would have not bought from them. I was there from shortly before 10am until after 5pm. I will not take my new car there for service, but to another dealership. I still have to deal with waiting to see if they filled out the paperwork correctly and it is a headache. Buying your first brand new car is supposed to be fun and this was a very stressful experience for me.
