Waste of time

I used Edmund's quote request for a new car. It too several emails to get a price. The first few were, "When are you coming in?" and "We're the greatest dealer" and "Do you have any questions before you come in?" Yeah, send me the price I asked for the first time! If I had wanted to waste time in the dealership, I wouldn't have emailed! It also concerned me that some of the replies came from the salesman's gmail account and not his dealership address. That just didn't feel right. We ended up buying from another dealer in the area for a better price and less hassle.

Andy F. lied about several things throuought my dealings with him. They falsified kelly blue book numbers so they could get my trade in for less money. They are currenty being investigated by the state attorney generals office for their seemingly fraudulent activities. Buy somewhere else.

Bought both our VWs here and are very happy

My wife and I bought our 2 new VWs from here over a 4 month period (a 2009 Tiguan and a 2010 CC). We were both happy with the deals and the customer service at St Peters...I almost walked away from the Tiguan purchase after a horrible experience at another St Louis VW dealer. It is a 50 mile one way drive to the dealer, but it was worth it.
