Frances Charles, our salesperson, was funny, easy going, and not pushy at all. The sales manager came back with numbers that were much too high, but we told him what we were willing to pay and, to our surprise, he worked it out. Soo where do I even begin! I’ve been a Toyota driver since I first started buying cars. When I got contacted by Napleton Volkswagen of Orlando I was blown away with the consistent communication. Also it may seem small and silly to some people but they even sent me a personalized video before I even went to the dealership which I thought was going above and beyond. So shout out to Amy from the media team for that! Next if you go to the dealership I’m sure all the sales team members are nice and well educated about the dealership but I had the privilege to work with Suliman Ahmed and let me tell you what this man was fantastic. I couldn’t have asked for better service, knowledge, or work ethic. Being a nice salesman is one thing but being personal and going out of your way for your client is another. This man did it 110%. Between him and sales manager they did everything they needed to do to get a deal done and not once did I hear a no from them about anything that I wanted. That’s how car buying should be and the experience was second to none! So if your reading this and are in the market to buy a vehicle I urge you to check this place out. You won’t be disappointed! Went to see a 21 yr. Old Honda they had listed$ 2998. They told me they sold it that morning. However I had texted with someone that afternoin assuring me the car was there. Next day I see still on website. Call speak with Annie tell her I want to buy and have delivered. She assures me no problem, insists to call to verify dealer fee$ 899 plus delvery fee $199. tells me someone will call to process. Several hrs later, after many unreturned txts, misdirected transfers, hang ups, transferred to emplyee that was off...finally mgr. (Lol) calls explain whats going on, he gives major attitude and lies repeatedly about price quote, delivery... anyway he wanted to charge me over $1800 in dealers fees. Check BBB. Do your homework these guys are repeat offenders. Buyer Beware.

Walked in and was greeted by Gabriel. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Gabriel was able to answer all of my questions, and even provide me with details/ information i didn’t even think to ask. It was a very smooth/easy transactions and everyone was extremely friendly. Frank our finance advisor was also super helpful and very detailed on any questions we had. I will go back and will continue to do business .

This dealership is horrible when it comes to customer service. I was interested in a vehicle, reached out to the dealer and was given a VIP appointment for Sunday to check the vehicle. Sunday morning I received a text with a time and name of the person I was meeting at the dealership. Edward was my point of contact, I drove 45 minutes to see the vehicle. Once I got to the dealer I asked for Edward, he came out and told me one of his associates would show me the vehicle and once I was happy he (Edward) would work the numbers...making me believe he was the manager. The assistant could not locate the vehicle so he went back to Edward to find out the vehicle was sold the day before. I don't have a problem with the vehicle being sold but do have a problem for not letting me know before driving 45 minutes to the dealership. The morning of my appointment I received emails and texts letting me know the vehicle was ready for me to test drive. They only care about your money not about taking care of the customer. A simple email, text, or call would have been sufficient and it is expected from a company that cares about customer' s valuable time. When I complained to Edward he got hostile and in my face because I told him I was going to write a review, he yelled at me for hurting his business, I told him that he was doing that to himself for the horrible customer experience all I was going to do was to post an honest feedback on my experience. Stay away from this place and take you business somewhere else.
