Third car - uniform excellence

I've been coming to Community VW (and Santa Maria BMW) for years now. There is absolutely nothing negative about them. Friendly, non-pushy, open, and so forth. They defy the stereotype of "evil dealers." I've only purchased, never serviced, since I'm located 250 miles or so away. Yep, that's pretty far, but totally worth it.

I spoke with several sales reps and all knew the VW vehicle. They did not push, but they kept in contact. Overall it was a pleasant experience. But had to make the decision because of cost and maintenance of the vehicle.
