The service adviser Scarlet is very nice, very professional. She sent me text messages to update status of my car. I also like your shuttle service. Your dealership sent a Lyft drive to pick me up from my home when you don't enough shuttle drivers to od the job. I really appreciated this.

He should be your customer service manager training ALL of your staff on the benefits of being a Platinum level service provider. His longevity at the company as well as his superior customer service skills should have garnered the promotion already. Please do yourselves a favor by putting him in the position to lead your entire team. Be it service, sales, or rentals, Terry needs the opportunity to train your staff on customer engagement and overall satisfaction.

New 2024 Grand Highlander Purchase - VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

Communication with my sales associate, Daryl, was great from the day I was referred to him from a close friend. He was very patient over nearly 8 months as I moved through the different vehicles of interest to finally decide on the Grand Highlander for our family. The dealership itself is beautiful and very comfortable. At times other sales associates and team members had to step in and help if Daryl was out of work that day and each time was enjoyable. Alex finished up the final details of the sale on the day the car arrived as Daryl was out of work that day. Alex did an exceptional job moving the process along as I was limited on time. The sales manager Aaron Hall was also very informative as we wrapped up the final steps of the purchase. We traded in our family vehicle, 2021 Honda Passport. The upgrade feels worth every penny for our family of 5. We are excited for the many roadtrips ahead of us with PLENTY of space for cargo and memories to be made.
