Broken and Unfullfilled Promises

When I bought my Corola I thought I was buying one thing and got another. I wanted the classier Corola and after paying cash for it and the extended warrenty, I went to pick up my car and it wasn't the one I told the salesman I wanted and was told the paperwork was completed and I had signed off on it. I would have paid any differences in cash. When I went to get my "Free Oil Changes" I had nothing in writing and the salesman had been fired. My mom was going into have open heart surgery 2 days after buying still they didn't care to help make things right or anything. What a wonderful company. My next car will be American made, should have stuck with them to begin with.

Sold used car w/ non-working items!

I purchased a used vehicle from Kings Toyota in "as-is" condition after receiving an email from salesman that listed the items that were found during service & that they were repaired as agreed. His email also said "the rest all good." The next day I tried to open the passenger side window & it wouldn't open. I also tried the DVD system which was one of the main reasons for purchasing the Honda Odyssey, that doesn't work either. I contacted the dealer immediately & after being talked down to by the Sales Manager as to when I was going to take ownership, I was told the dealer would not fix these items that were obviously broken when we bought it. We take responsibility for not trying the front window or dvd system - when they said it was going through the Toyota service dept, we thought everything would be checked. We were told only "safety" & "mechanical" options were checked. When only 2 windows open, I would consider a non-working window a safety issue if I had to escape w/ my 3 children! They have a 3 day exchange policy, but only if they have a equal to or less than vehicle available, which they don't. They've offered to (quite conveniently) have it checked at their facility, then I can use my "coupon" for 50% off of service...I asked for everything in writing from the sales mgr Saturday & have not heard back. I think this is horrible customer service & feel we have been taken. If something broke after we brought it home or if we had been made aware of it during the sale, we would understand, but this is just plain old scamming.

Unfriendly , expensive , non-clean car sellers

I went in to buy a used car. I was disappointed to see a major difference in price quoted online and in-store. They did not share all issues with vehicles upfront and i had to figure out on my own. The prices were 20-30% higher than market value and to top it off they gave a finance rate of 16% while i got 4.2% from next door.

2011 Toyota RAV4 Limited

This was my second vehicle purchased from Kings Automall, first being an Infiniti in 2002. I did alot of research on the RAV4 prior to purchasing and chose Kings even though I have 3 other Toyota dealers in my local area. Internet sales manager was very helpful and forthcoming with any information I wanted/asked for including pricing, availability, options, etc. Paperwork was prepared in advance of my arrival (important since it was a 50 mile drive to the dealer) and time spent in the dealership was kept to the minimum necessary. Dealership itself is very clean, well organized and the salespeople don't pressure you every 2 minutes. They have an incredibly large selection and were able to meet my needs with what they had in the showroom. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

A professional, properly functioning dealership.

After doing our research and settling on an XD (base model with VSC) we were not having any luck finding one. We had already been to two Scion dealers, had met with only frustration, and had been told we would not be able to get what we wanted for 4-5 MONTHS. I submitted an online request to kings at 5.45pm, received a call that they had exactly what we wanted at 6.30pm, and the following morning we went out to finalize the deal. Our sales representative was exceptional and working with the finance department was a breeze. It was truly a relief to be in a professional, properly functioning dealership after our last two experiences. Next time we will just start here.

Sienna Limited Purchase

Indoor showroom in winter is a great benefit. You can take your time looking and talking in comfort. The pricing is easy to understand from the beginning. Salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful in making a decision.
