We are writing to highly recommend Toyota of Boardman. After four Corolla purchases (three at this dealership), we are sure you can see that we are loyal to the dealership; what you don't know is why. Each time we have purchased at Preston, we have received respect for our time, consideration in terms of our family's situation, and the respect that is deserved of customers placing their families in a businesses hands in terms of financial well-being, vehicle safety, and long-term relationships in working with staff for maintenance and vehicle purchasing. As for today's purchase, we worked with Justin Bailey and Erica Graham. Both are highly professional and personable at the same time. I am in the market for a new car and drove to a number of dealers today to test drive a range of cars in my category. The Toyota Corolla and the Scion tC were on my list. I had a kid for a dealer. He was 20 years old and it showed. He never asked my name, checked his blackberry while we were driving, and didn't tell me a single thing about the Corolla until I asked on the way back to the dealership. The test route he took me on was a single road; drove about a mile, turned around, drove back. What a [violative content deleted]!

I purchased a 2009 Corolla XLE in April from Rich at this dealership and was quite satisfied with the car and the experience. My car was located at a dealership in Toledo and was promptly acquired and prepped for me. I chose not to trade in my 1992 Corolla, and did not finance my new vehicle, so I cannot comment on those aspects. Everyone with whom I had contact at this dealership was friendly and helpful.
