We been extremely disappointed with this dealership. We don’t feel our sale rep was forthcoming about the RAV4 we purchased. Have called multiple times, never get a return call. Placed call to general manager still no phone call back. They took our money and we are in a $37000.00 vehicle that we are very unsatisfied with. We have had Toyota for over 30 years, first time at this dealership and probably our last.

Michael Raucci goes above and beyond to help you get you what you really want ,salesman KEVIN MARINELLO made it so easy and Adam Dion the service manager and his crew are all amazing .this is my second car from Michael Raucci and its been the Best experience .

I have brought my Rav4 to New Country's service department for the past 6 years. They explain work needed, performed, and recommended clearly. The service team is a group of people I trust completely to help my car remain a safe and comfortable vehicle to drive. They're a great group of people that make taking your car in for work a pleasure.

Very Satisfied With my Vehicle Purchase

Because of the honesty and good treatment by the service department for my old vehicles, I decided to buy replacement vehicles from Toyota & Scion of Clifton Park. I purchased a new Toyota Tundra and a 2013 Avalon XLE. I was not sold the "Soup of the Day", but rather I was sold exactly what I wanted and needed at an extremely fair and competitive price. The sales people were extremely honest with us on their margins, costs, etc. which were easily verifiable. Their honesty and willingness to please us as customers made the experience painless if not enjoyable. I am very satisfied with both vehicles and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used replacement Toyota vehicle. Their service department is excellent and their sales people are honest and helpful with your interests, not their interest in mind.

My salesman, Don Rougia, was very knowledgeable, friendly & answered every question I had about my new purchase. He followed up with a phone call after I had my Rav4 for a few days to ask me how I liked it and if there was anything else he could do or help me with. I would recommend Don Rougia & New Country Toyota of Clifton Park to everyone. It doesn't matter if you're a first time buyer, shopping around for the best deal or a long time customer of theirs, New Country Toyota of Clifton Park treats everyone the same, with respect, honesty & satisfaction! Got my new Scion xB

I've driven a 2004 Scion xB for 9 years, and while it's been super-reliable, I knew I'd have to start looking for an eventual primary vehicle as a replacement. I knew that I wanted another Scion xB, and I'd just started my search when I went to visit New Country Toyota Scion of Clifton Park. I'm happy to say that they had a 2015 xB with just 2 miles on it. I took it for a test drive, and apart from the difference in technology that 11 years brings, it's just as familiar and comfortable as my '04. Scott did a great job with all the prepwork for my buying it, and Dennis from Finance helped explain all the many options available for vehicle coverage. All in all, it was an easy purchase, and I'm more than pleased to recommend New Country to friends and family. Thanks!

Purchasing a RAV4 with Jim Rhoades

My wife and I were in the market for an SUV and to say the least the task was a bit daunting. It was one of our first big purchases together and we were reluctant to really get attached to anything at first glance, but when we saw/test-drove a new RAV4, that virtually dissolved. Not to mention the sales associates at New Country Toyota of Clifton Park, namely Jim Rhoades, made it a streamlined and comfortable and very satisfying process. Needless to say we walked away with a 2013 RAV4 with all the bells and whistles--just what we were looking for--thanks to our attentive, personable sales associate, Mr. Rhoades. He and his sales managers worked out numerous deals for my wife and I, understanding our budget and needs, and weren't satisfied until we were, getting us a sweet deal in the end that we simply couldn't resist. Thanks-a-million New Country Toyota of Clifton Park and many more for Jim Rhoades. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I have never leased a car before only used to buying a car out right. Jack Marsh was our sales guy he was wonderful explaining everything. Mike Raucci the general manager was awesome in assisting Jack and explaining everything. We were going to buy one car and went in the next day changed our minds and decided to lease another. They were so good in making me feel comfortable and willing to work with me! Everyone there was so nice and the people who didn't wait on us stopped to say hi. The finance manager Mike Kawuala was very nice to deal with. To all my women out there go here first u won't feel scammed or that you are being taken advantage of. I would recommend them to everyone. I was in the process of buying a car with another dealer and once I got here changes my mind instantly and now I am part of the family!!!! Couldn't be happier!

I bought two vehicles from Clifton Park Toyota this year, a new Sienna and and a used Tundra both with Scott Pugsley as my salesman. For my Sienna the experience was excellent. I came in that day after doing some research wanting just to go out for a test drive and nothing else. I had my guard up and was ready to walk away with no worries. The no pressure sales experience was fantastic, it did not have that pushy let me sell you something today feel at all. I test drove the car, talked some #'s of where I wanted to be and not a penny more and the deal was done. I was so satisfied with the new car experience I went back looking for used pick up for myself as well. After a couple of test drives and some # crunching we got the deal done again for not a penny more than what i wanted to spend. I got a great deal on my truck. He did not dilly dally or blow smoke my way when I gave him the figure I wanted to pay. We talked about the price and he made the deal happen

I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle from this dealership - a 2012 Prius C Three. LOVE THE CAR! But the best thing about this dealership is their integrity and commitment to customer service. I dealt with Nick DeCelle and Geoff Raylinski. Was in and out of the dealership within an hour both when I chose the vehicle and for delivery. Truly a no hassle dealership. Played no games, just gave me the best price and showed me dealer invoice without any hassle upon request. I was debating between 2 Prius models/years and Nick set them up side by side in the lot and showed me the differences in various features, but put no pressure on me to select either one. Once I decided on the car I wanted, we agreed on a price in less than 5 minutes. I was not asked to put down a down payment. I spoke with Geoff and told him what rate I needed (best published rate I could find), and he beat it by .25%! Add on's were thoroughly explained, but there was no high pressure sales pitch to buy. If you are looking for an honest sales team and a great vehicle, I'd highly recommend Nick and Geoff at NC Toyota. - Jean
