After a terrible experience with Village Point Toyota we went to Performance. Justin our salesperson was excellent. He assisted us with really understanding all of our options and the pros and cons to our choices. Pete handled our financing. He was efficient and got us a great deal with terms and payments we are comfortable with. This was probably the one of the best experiences we have had at a car dealership and feel great about our decision. We will be back again and also will be trying out the service department.

John M. of performance Toyota Lavista is a pro. He knows his product, he knows the business and he knows his customers. I have purchased 4 vehicles from him, 2 this month. He really makes you feel good about the car and confident in the deal. It would be hard to go anywhere else. Thanks John. I enjoyed the new show room, and appreciate the great web site.

Excellent!

After visiting several other dealerships, I purchased a used car from this dealership due to the fair pricing and the salesperson that I was working with. Everything he said that he would take of, was taken care of. Absolutely No Hassle. The salesperson, John Morrison, even delivered the car when it was ready. If, and when I purchase a another car, I will only buy from him, due to his honesty and his excellent customer service!

Best car-buying experience so far...

I purchased a new RAV4 under the Cash For Clunkers program. Agreed to my deal 11 days before C4C started. Negotiations consisted of about 5 e-mail exchanges and about 5 minutes on the phone. They traded a dealership in Lincoln for my RAV and had it 3 days later. All staff I worked with were pleasant and helpful. They let me take delivery even though I needed one more document for C4C. Finance manager (extended warranties) and Aftermarket person were very low-pressure, 2 "no thank yous" and we were done. The customer working with my Finance guy ahead of me must have been paying in pennies because my 7:15 PM appointment turned into 9:00 PM. I could tell my salesman felt bad about it. I know it's not Performance's fault, but it would be nice if they could reassign you if people get backed up. If you are a knowledgeable shopper and have done your research, know what you want and the price you want to pay. Get the deal agreed to before you get to the dealership. Good experience overall and would definitely consider buying from them again.

They tried to railroad me

Didn't like the inventory and it was hard to get a starting quote over the phone. Besides that the first hour was fine. the next three were torture. It was a waste of my time. I won't do business there and am encouraging my associates to do the same. Maybe they'll get better. I shouldn't have to school my dealer on what "out the door price" means and get lip because he either doesnt understand or is pretending not to know. We agreed on a price and when I started signing paperwork the price went up..
