This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Do not do business with them. They will insult you on your trade in. I should have read the reviews of this dog and pony show before I waisted my time with them. I thank God I ended up not doing business with them. What a joke this place is.

I went to Toyota of New Orleans to buy a new Camry and my experience there was fantastic! Anthony and his team made the process so easy and convenient. The price i paid was wayyy less than anything I saw online at other dealerships. I already have my first free oil change scheduled as well!

I purchase or lease most of my cars over the internet. This dealership's salesman, Donald Lawson, got in touch with me very quickly after my internet inquiry. Considering I live almost 600 miles from New Orleans I'm sure there was some doubt if I was a good lead for him. We had a few conversations and then his manager, Riley, took over the negotiations. Both of these salesmen were easy to deal with and I didn't feel pressured by either of them. Very professional on their part. I ended up leasing a new 2010 RAV4 from them. I had a leased Honda to turn in and they even took care of that for me. The finance person (sorry, I can't remember her name) continued the professionalism of the sales people. Over all it was a very pleasant experience.
