DO NOT PURCHSE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR VEHICHLES I purchased a car for $30,000 and noticed some things were missing and was told to bad after 24 hours of buying the car basically to bad so sad you should have noticed it. I purchased it basically on line and then picked it in the dark. Never have I been treated in this manner by a car dealer. They do not stand by their purchase and will never buy a car from them again and suggest you do not either.

If you want a great deal, great car, wonderful atmosphere, terrific salesperson - stop in at Tom Wood Toyota, Lafayette Rd. Indianapolis and ask for Roy. I love my new car!! I had a great experience. Roy was right there, on the spot, ready to help me fulfill my goal of getting a new car!! Loving it. Good times, laughed, joked, learned about house-flipping.... overall a wonderful experience!!!

I went to Tom Wood to buy my first vehicle and they were extremely helpful. The staff is very knowledgable and were more than willing to help me find the car that met my needs. I couldn't think of a better place to go for a car-buying experience in the Indianapolis area. I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future!

I had gone to this dealer with a price in mind for my Toyota RAV4 and felt i was treated very well through the process of being explained my available options and also the negotiation process. I did get what i exactly wanted. My only complaint was with the financing paperwork to go though i had to wait in excess of 3.5 hours which could have been efficiently dealt with my they had more people to deal with it. However, my buying experience and the treatment i received were both too good to have considered the wait as reason to take any points off.

The guys at Tom Wood Toyota took good care of me. I have bad credit (really bad), but they didnt treat me wrond because of it. Instead they were real nice & understood. Wayne said it happens, but no reason I still can't have a decent car. A bunch of other Indianapolis car dealers were not so nice about it. These guys got me a good car that I love and even though my rate is kind of high I can still afford the payment. I knew the rate would be high, but most other places just turned me away & made me feel stupid. I have already told my friends to go to Tom Wood TOyota.. Most people write these reviews to say mean stuff, so I wanted to write one to say thanks!
