Last Saturday, my wife and I ended up buying a Toyota Sienna from Marion Toyota. Sales representative Steve Lively walked us through the process and made us feel completely at ease. We never once felt pressured to make a purchase, and he was patient as we asked him a ton of questions. He was upfront with us about all the fees involved in the purchase, so we always knew the true amount of the Toyota before starting any paperwork. Steve was also great with our two toddlers, and he made them feel special by involving them in putting the license plates on the minivan. Steve is a great salesman and I recommend him to anyone interested in buying from Marion Toyota!

Fantastic service, Wonderful people from sales like Michelle Bean and Robin Loyd who were an excellent sales women and really made you feel great with your purchase and they went out of them way to help me in any way they could. The experience with the service department was exceptional. The Dealer's manager and the finance officer were extremely fantastic in aiding me with a new buying purchase. Came in to get my other Toyota its final service maintenance done and ended up getting a nice vehicle in exchange with my older vehicle. I got what I wanted at a very good price and a lower payment than expected. I highly recommend going toMarion Toyota for your next vehicle. I just want to say is Thank you so much. Love the new VW.

I have bought several new Toyotas from Marion Toyota and had good experiences. I was in the market for a good used truck and went back to Marion Toyota to talk to Jonathan Smith. While there was nothing at the lot that worked out for me at our initial visit, Jonathan kept in mind what we were looking for and contacted us several days later with a truck that exactly met our needs. I will deal with Jonathan and Marion Toyota again and highly recommend them to others.

Our salesman Jerry Rambeau is the absolute best! He takes his time to answer all your questions, is very knowledgeable and works to get you the best deal possible. ATTENTION! Before you do business with Marion Toyota, please read about my experience with their sales department and then come to your own conclusions about their integrity as a business. On August 14, 2015, I purchased a used 2010 Mercedes GLK SUV with 66,000 miles from Marion Toyota for $23,147. The vehicle was described to be in a perfect running condition by both the salesperson and on Marion Toyotas Web site. Marion provided a 3-month, 3,000 mile warranty that covered the powertrain. At no time during the sale did they disclose to me that, prior to the sale, the vehicle had major engine trouble as a result of improper repairs performed by Marion or by a shop summoned by Marion. Last month, after having driven the vehicle just 3,500 miles, the engine began making a grinding noise, so I took it to Hi-Tech Automotive, of St. Peters, Missouri, to diagnose the problem. Hi-Tech disassembled the oil pan and immediately noticed metal shavings in the oil. They advised me there was major internal damage to the engine, and that I would likely have to replace the engine at a cost of $9,000, which I can't afford. On Jan. 16, I reported the problem to my saleswoman at Marion. She stated that before they sold the car to me, $5,000 worth of engine work was done at Plaza Mercedes in Creve Coeur, Missouri, to which she referred me. The advisor at Plaza informed me that Marion Toyota or a shop used by Marion had previously attempted repairs to the vehicle, but they were improper, and Plaza was summoned to correct them. He stated that the flywheel was cracked, and other components were out of adjustment and/or improperly re-installed. Because of the extent of the damage, he stated that Plaza did what they could to correct Marions faulty work so that Marion could sell the car, but could not guarantee anything. I made several attempts to speak with Marions management about the issue, but they didn't return my calls. I then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and they responded to the BBB by saying that because I didn't buy their extended warranty at the time of the sale, there was nothing they could do to help, even though I've only driven the car 3,500 miles! However, given the improper repairs and resulting damage to the engine when the vehicle arrived at Plaza, any aftermarket extended warranty Marion Toyota would have sold me would NOT have covered replacement of the engine, as it had a major, pre-existing condition. I have been without transportation now for over a month, and don't have the $9,000 to replace the engine.

I Trust Marion Toyota because of the transparent and open, honest behavior of Mike and Brian and I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a vehicle. The service department is another wonderful experience and Cody delivers with competence and efficiency. The facility is very, very clean throughout. Jerry Rambeau was excellent. We walked in without an appointment with not too many specifics on what we wanted. Test drove two different models and the second one was everything we described. Very personable staff and finance department. Even though he had more than one client while we were there, the staff did an excellent job at multitasking and making us feel like we were priority. Love them!

What a great place, friendly staff, knowledgeable, their website is up to date, so what's shown is on the lot. I emailed my salesman, Joe, with questions, and he got right back to me. Next was finance, Peter was wonderful, explained everything, great financing, from there u go over your newly purchased vehicle with your salesperson, in a garage bay, so your not battling the weather..They made it a great experience......next is their service department experience, can't wait, I'm going early for the choc chip cookies. Lol

Marion Toyota Scion had the best Internet prices, for the Toyota Avalon with all the options we were looking for, compared to all other dealerships we researched within a 200-mile radius from our home town. The staff personnel, in particular Mr. Kevin Waldrop and Mr. Peter Buttitta, were very professional, courteous, efficient and thorough throughout the entire transaction from start to finish. Our family has purchased over 8 Toyotas in the past 11 years. That in itself is a reflection of what we feel the sales experience is with Steve Lively. He takes the time to let us try out different vehicles and to throughly get the answers to our questions. We have never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. I sure Steve would say that I am one of his greatest challenges in dealing for a new car, because I come prepared. But he always listens and tries his best!
