Lots of pressure to buy warranties for brand new vehicle. I brought my car in for service and they wanted to buy my car. They gave me a lowball offer and wanted to put me in a $500 a month. I pay $300 a month now and AutoNation of Fort Myers offered me $33k vs Germain offering me $29k what's wrong with this picture? Cars are at a premium now. Was told I would be taken care of at Germain. Sure they will!

I must say as a first time car buyer at a dealership my experience was beyond expectations. No only did Fili Diaz the sales rep treated me well but he also had lots of patience with me since I had others options and I was hesitant to buy a car that day. What I liked the most about Fili Diaz is that he was not pushy to sell me a vehicle, very understanding, professional and knowledgeable. The manager Rafal Maziarz was súper profesional and made it possible to work out a deal that really fall in to my budget yet it took us many hours dealing with numbers so I would not end up with an stressful payment, the end results were satisfactory. I am very happy with my new car and the great experience I had, I highly recommend them.

Despite the negative equity I had to roll over into my new car I still left this dealership feeling satisfied. Himar, my sales rep, was genuinely a great person. Not pushy and helped me pick out the perfect Rav4. Rafal was hands down the best business manager I have ever dealt with with. He was patient and took the time to explain every detail with me.

In consideration of the Covid-19 crisis, various accommodations were made in terms of the vehicles being brought to my home and the leasing contract portion was executed remotely. Dealing with Shawn was a positive experience. He at least conveyed a sense of salesmanship that was halfway between a positive business transaction for his company and a positive personal experience for me. 2nd layer managers however seemed too stuck on minimal negotiations in leu of what is going on around them. Very disappointed my first targeted unit did not close. $6500 cash offer for difference between trade and total due, we were only $1k off but no budging. Very disappointing. The second vehicle I ended up closing on is good, and will meet my needs. However disappointed that the advertised certified vehicle coverage is not accurate. Due to safety hold (fuel pump) Shawn explained the certification cannot apply. More disappointing is that your Sales Manager Philip would not change the total price given your dealers misstate for advertising a safety unit as certified. Which may explain the rare instance your price falls below the KBB assessed average sales price for the unit. Same would apply to the tan unit on your lot as of today. No other Tacoma’s fall below avg using this perceived visual que your site references, so one can assess you are trying to offload safety units by lowering the rate. Through all this Shawn was very patient, he at least seemed to show a sense of compassion or understanding to my request. But got shot down by 2nd level sales managers. He is either very skilled at bringing the bad news or genuine. I am typically very pessimistic but hope he was genuine. 1st level salesperson experience with Shawn was positive. 2nd level sales manager experience with Chris Positive, though he could not budge on MSRP to close. 2nd level sales manager experience with Philip negative. He seemed so caught up in disgust over trade valuation by his fellow manager, he refused to negotiate on anything. Including certification in leu of safety hold they were selling me. In fact, I had to bring up the safety hold from your Carfax as it was not presented/talked about as a condition of the vehicle.
