Charging 4000 dollars over msrp since 2019!

I did not buy a car from this dealer in 2019 due to their markups. Today I got another quote and they mentioned they are typically charging 8k for markups, but would only charge 4k for me since i am special. MSRP on the car is 25 grand, but somehow the out the door price is 34. I also went for service sometime ago and they: Left my washer fluid cap open, spilled oil all over the engine compartment, had oil marks on bumper and hood, did not put the under engine covers correctly. This dealer also has great ratings on google maps, but most reviewers either have one sole review or very little reviews.

Great buying experience

Buying a new vehicle can be confusing and sometimes a nerve wreaking experience. I recently had my truck totaled in an accident and was forced to look for a replacement.So I began my searching all the popular makes and models of truck in the internet. After doing my research I narrowed down my options to Toyota Tundra and the Ford F150. I emailed both sales rep and asked them why I should consider their Trucks. The Ford Sales rep just directed me to their website. The South-Dade Sales Rep Mr. Thanh L sent me a 10 point comparison. Line by line, Mr. L explained how the Toyota Tundra beats the F150. I did my research with the information he provided and they were dead on. I then proceeded to bombard Mr. L and Mr. Asbert C with multiple questions from prices, options, engine sizes and styles. They were both very professional, patient and very informative. I never felt pressured nor hussled. These gentlemen and this dealership are a class act. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Excellent Service

The attention in general from the staff of South Dade Toyota is amazing, but I will like to mention a great person that was really helpful and fulfilled my expectations in every single way possible, I'm talking about Manuel R. Mr. R is amazing, great customer service and obviously for him the most important thing is customer satisfaction. I'm really happy with everything in general. Keep the good work Manuel. I really recommend this dealer, ask for Manuel R(5 stars).

Loyal Customer Disrespect

I have never been treated so bad when getting service done. I have been a loyal customer longer than the workers who attended me have worked there. There is no reason to maintain loyalty because although my family and I valued the dealer enough to only get our cars and maintenance there, they did not. They didn't even care when we left.

Highlander purchase

Very happy with my new 2014 Highlander. Jose and TL were very helpful. They gave me price and payment up front and things went surprisingly smooth when I went to pick up my Highlander. I give South Dade Toyota a big thumbs up!

*** Update *** After long agonizing 6 weeks, finally I got a response from the dealer. They are honoring the deal, yay! but they are cutting the check in bits and pieces. One ck now, and one in 15 days. Anyhow, at least they are honoring their word. Therefore, I have modified my previous rating.
