We had our eye out on a car for our son who was getting his license this month. We knew what we wanted and had researched which dealers had the make / model we were interested in. We also knew which dealers had the car in stock. After getting the typical car "salesy" run around from other dealers who wasted our time, we called Ventura Toyota and spoke with Sam. He was very professional, friendly and ready to help us get the car we wanted. Since he knew that we had already done our research, he answered our remaining questions and didn't try to upsell or hard pressure us. We settled on a fair price and left the lot with the car we wanted. It was seamless and honestly, possibly the easiest car purchase we have ever had. I would highly recommend Sam and Ventura Toyota and will purchase from them again (we will have another son driving in the next few years!).

I had been searching for a Toyota Tacoma for a while but was never convinced by other dealerships. The moment I arrived to Ventura Toyota, I felt a good vibe from everyone. I felt as if they were looking out for me and for what was in my best interest. We spent a couple hours discussing exactly what I was looking for and looking at different trucks from varying prices with the amazing team of Sam, David and Paul. Finally, we found me the perfect truck! I was pleased with how smooth everything went and all the follow-up calls from Toyota. I would definitely recommend to anyone. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. Overall it was a great experience. I found a car through the inventory section of the Ventura Toyota website, I called to see if it was still available and was helped by Sam Tello. I came in the same day to see the vehicle and was received with very friendly customer service by Sam and his fellow sales colleagues. Overall Sam (in sales), Jaime the general manager and Sam (in finance) were great to work with. They made the car buying experience pleasant. I had to come back to pick up my vehicle and they made it a very speedy process the next day, which was greatly appreciated. I've had my car for less than 24 hours but I definitely think great service is what makes a car purchase more exciting. They care about people, and try to accommodate to the best of their ability. Thank you Ventura Toyota!

Such a wonderful experience for a first time buyer. Sam Tello was a great sales man walked me through everything piece by piece and make the selection easier to choose from. Very well educated on all the cars and hands down a nice and friendly salesman. Very glad I went through Sam Tello to buy my Toyota corolla wouldnâÂÂt want anywhere else to go!

I made an appointment with Sam Tello to checkout a Toyota Camry I found online. He was able to go over the car with me and test drive it. Sam really made my experience at Ventura Toyota a pleasant one. At the end of the day, I was able to drive off the lot a beautiful Toyota Camry. Kudos to Sam and the Ventura Toyota Team!!

Having just purchased a Tacoma from Ventura Toyota, I have to say the internet sales team sealed the deal. Jonathan Pineda answered my inquiry promptly & when I asked for the best price & payments, he sent me the info. When I arrived Sam Tello let me test drive it & picked up the deal where Jonathan left off. Every other dealer was trying to make me come out before talking & with my schedule, a trip to a car dealer is not on my list of weekend activities. I came in to Ventura Toyota Scion looking for a used Prius and found the exact car I was looking for. Deon was good with following up with me during the following week, but not too pushy. He was great at informing me about the vehicle and a an absolute pleasure during the negotiation process. Flawless Sale! I love my Scion iA!

I was looking for a great second car for work and college commute, and Rob Cramer was amazingly adept at answering all my questions about the Scion iA (which I knew little about prior to arriving). He was waiting outside as we pulled into the lot, but I never felt pressured to purchase or look at something I didn't want. While I looked at a Kia Forte and a Honda Fit before this, Ventura Toyota convinced me that not only was I getting the best car at the best price, I was getting it from the best people. Very military friendly. I highly recommend talking to Rob if you're looking for a new car. I know this review sounds systematic, but I can't escape how to express how high of a recommendation I can give without sounding like a commercial. They truly live up to the billing.

just added another toyota to our family. my 2003 tundra has 230,000 miles and still running strong.last year my daughter bought a 2015 corolla. then my wife bought a 2015 rav4. now we just added a 2016 camry. Deon and Simon helped us each time and provided the best experience each time no high-pressure selling. Thanks again guys!
