I went to just look at the trucks on the lot. My salesman Dawson showed me all of them that I was interested in. They worked a deal that I couldn’t pass up and in just a few hours I drove away in a beautiful new truck with a great interest rate and everything I asked for.

Preston Williams Preston was so amazing he was a salesman there at Conway told him he came out in the rain. It was raining on April 25 around noon is storming and I was driving around looking for a vehicle because they had a great sale going on and Preston was so awesome, he came out in the rain and helped me in announce and answered all my questions. He was so amazing if you want to please ask for Preston thank you for so much for being so amazing Preston. Love you.

I came into dealership really knowing what I was looking for. Wesley made it easy. I inquired after hours and Wesley texted me and let me know car was available. We test drove another model trim of Prius. while waiting for mine to arrive at dealership. Wesley was easy to talk too and very knowledgeable about the product. Afterwards we chatted. I told him what I would put down what interest rate expectations I had. When car came in, it had a spot and Wesley let me know the dealership would take care of it. I came in on signing day and again great welcome and great experience. Dude financing was nice but kind of rushed. Don't rush me at the end. If Wesley wasn't so nice this might have been a moment I took personally. However, all and all great experience.

We were met quickly outside by a salesman. We didn't have to wander around to look for anyone and the salesman, Landon, was courteous and patient with our questions and concerns. He stayed professional during the entire process and helped us make a decision. We are very happy with the vehicle and the whole process.

I went to several lots looking for a certain type truck and finally went back to Caldwell Toyota in conway, where I had purchased a truck several years prior. They had the truck I was looking for on the lot and had several colors to choose from. Landon Sullinger was my sales associate and did a great job throughout the sale cycle. He is very knowledgeable of the product and everything that had to happen to save time for me and complete my purchase. I would highly recommend Caldwell Toyota and Landon to anyone lookin for a great experience.

Jacob and the team at Caldwell made the car-buying process simple and actually enjoyable. Their approach is friendly without sales pressure, haggling, or double talk. Jacob was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped me get everything set up with the app once the purchase was complete. Because of our previous experiences at other places, we expected a lot of stress and manipulation. But the exact opposite is what we experienced, and we ended up leaving with exactly the vehicle we wanted. We were equally impressed with Bill, who handled all the financing paperwork in a professional, approachable, and understandable manner. If you are considering a purchase, this is the dealership to call first. Highly recommend - 100%.

We just happened to stop in Caldwell Toyota on our way home from Little Rock, and boy am I glad we did. There inventory far exceeded any dealership we checked at least for the vehicle we were interested in. Our salesman was kind and courteous; definitely not high pressure! The entire process was enjoyable ❤️

Everyone here at this dealership is very friendly and personable. Anytime I came in for service I was well taken care of. Joel Tomlinson was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle i was purchasing. I had 2 vehicles to trade and he went beyond and came with me to my home and picked up the other vehicle. I really don't have any dislikes except I wish the check out process went a little faster.
