Not a problem with great folks like Freddie.In fact everyone was kind and patient and knowledgeable. I had the feeling they would go out of their way to make the experience a great one. I felt like I was among friends and have heard from Freddie and Brian both making sure I knew they are there for me. I was more than happy with my new beautiful Camry and all the folks I encountered. They already have me as a loyal customer and I am certain I will remain so.

They must be doing something right because this is the second vehicle I have purchased from them. Gilbert is not the typical car salesman, he treated me with respect in every interaction and was patient allowing me to choose the car I needed. I would trust Gilbert to sell me another Camry, and would recommend him and Desert Toyota to anyone.

This is the second vehicle that I've purchased/leased from Desert Toyota. Their sales department consistently provides an excellent sales experience. I appreciate that they pay attention to what I'm looking for in a vehicle and find a vehicle that meets my expectations. They also make the negotiation process as efficient/painless as possible. The sales person encouraged me to call him if I have additional questions or need further assistance with my new RAV4.

Toyota has always manufactured a great product, they have great reputation and when you add to it a dealership with a professional staff that is dedicated to providing you with a great experience and offers you top notch customer service, you really have hit a home run! We went to Desert Toyota to buy a new 2017 Toyota 4Runner Limited. We wanted a third row, redwood interior and automatic running boards. We were told by Tim Bowman that there was one available in Phoenix and that it could be transported to Desert Toyota for us to purchase. We did a little negotiating and in the negotiating we were told they would waive transport fees from Phoenix, where we were told the vehicle was located. We sat down with Garrett Trower to start the financing paperwork and were told that this was just to streamline the financing when the vehicle arrived to the dealership. We brought up a concern, that the vehicle wasn't there and that we haven't even seen the vehicle. We were reassured that the paperwork was "on hold" as some things on the contract were blank like the odometer reading and that of course we would be able to look over the vehicle before purchasing. We later found out on our own research that the vehicle was actually located in Flagstaff and was not being transported to Desert Toyota but was being driven down. As soon as we found that out we tried to cancel the purchase of that vehicle as this was not what we agreed to. We were told numerous times, that Desert Toyota would make it right. We were given assurance after assurance, that everything would be done in our best interest. When the vehicle did make it to Desert Toyota of Tucson, it had almost 300 miles on it. Edmunds recommends and suggests that a new car with almost 300 miles needs to renegotiated for a better price. When we went down to Desert Toyota to officially cancel the transaction as we decided that this is not what we originally agreed to. There was no new negotiating for price, accessories or anything and we were treated extremely poor. During talks we were told repeatedly that we should get a lawyer as the financing was already put through for the vehicle. The financing that was to be "on hold" until we can see the vehicle, Desert Toyota submitted it without our knowledge for a vehicle we hadn't seen or touched. The finance manager was condescending, tried to humiliate and intimidate us. Again, Desert Toyota put a loan though for a vehicle that we never took delivery of - never even touched the keys and then told me to contact a lawyer. After an email to the General Manager that evening he agreed to a meeting the next morning. During that meeting I explained to him the Desert Toyota had lost my complete trust with the constant lies and disrespectful treatment and I would no longer do business with them. He made an offer of some credit for accessories but again I told him I did not want to do business with such a dishonest company. He agreed to cancel the transaction after he basically called me a liar. I got the Garrett in finance to provide a finance decision document, he wrote Cancelling and signed it. I am now getting notifications that the loan has not been cancelled. I contacted Toyota Motor Credit and explained the situation and the fact that we never took delivery of the vehicle. They have no record of the financing being canceled and told me to dispute with the credit bureaus. I have now spent a few hours getting copies of my credit reports and disputing. In all this was a very disappointing experience and it is still not over. I would not recommend Desert Toyota to anyone! I felt they were very dishonest and disrespectful. From the lies the sales team told to cover up the misinformation we were provided originally. To the disrespectful finance manager who repeated told us to contact a lawyer and the General Manager who basically called me a liar when he said didn't believe me when I told him I did not want to do business with a company who treated me so poorly.

Brandon did a wonderful job helping us get a vehicle to accommodate our growing family. The whole staff at Desert Toyota treated us well and with absolute kindness. Brandon and management were able to help us get an even better deal than we originally had. The showroom was nice and we enjoyed the child's play area and the refreshments. We felt like we were truly taken care of and loved our experience. We will absolutely return to Desert Toyota in the future.

My 3rd Tundra purchase

I was looking for the Tundra that had the 20" wheel package. This is my 3rd Tundra and Desert Toyota works for the customer. There was no pressure and I'm glad I got to work with them. Thanks guys I love my Toyota Tundra 5.7 V8 FFV model. Fantastic options and tow package! Everyone should work with Desert Toyota! They are the best!

I went to Desert Toyota to look at some cars because I was in the market for a new vehicle due to an accident. Alejandro Chiquete was my salesman. He did a great job of hearing what I was looking for and finding me a great vehicle. Once I chose the vehicle, I was sent to secure the financing and once again, he worked with me as well. We talked through the numbers and determined the best way for me to move forward. I was given a great price on a great vehicle with great financing. It was an awesome experience and I would definitely recommend Toyota to others and even more specifically ask for Alejandro!

I had a great experience at Desert Toyota, Paul went out of his way to obtain the car that I wanted, gave me a great trade in on my Acura 2008 and met me at the door when I came to pick up my new Toyota Highlander Hybrid. He went over all the new technology in my car and made sure I understood before I left for new adventures. He even took the sticker off of my old car and placed it on my new car so that I could get in the development at my residence. I couldn't be happier with my new car.

Deceptive and dishonest salesman

In a nutshell, bought 2 vehicles same day. Was planning on only one and salesman continued to offer referral bonus for my spouse and I. If we bought both vehicles we would each refer each other and get bonuses. It was verbalized to us atleast 5 times up to the moment he drove the vehicles to the front after being detailed. Once the deals sealed, he never answered his phone again. Left many messages to his voicemail, texts, other coworkers and he was either too busy, away, with a customer or out sick. Dropped in multiple times, finally got him and he said he was going to just need a day or two and we could come in to pick up our "referral checks". You guessed it, all lies. I have a huge pet peeve with dishonest people. I lead by example and maintain my integrity, word and honor so to be basically dupped and toyed with does not sit well with me. We see him at times when we bring in vehicles for oil changes and he simply bows his head down and hides. I will never buy another vehicle there much less refer my worst enemy. Deceptive practices to make a quick sale speaks volumes of the kind of personnel there. Don't risk it.

We have had great experiences at Desert Toyota. It started when we were looking to replace our RAV 4. My wife and I knew that we wanted a Prius and found some great information on the website. When we went to the dealership, and test drive the Prius we were hoping for. After talking it over, we found the Prius we wanted with the financing that worked for us. The whole experience with Toyota has been wonderful. We will be a Toyota family for the foreseeable future.

My experience at Desert Toyota was the exact opposite from what I experienced at Precision Toyota. From the operator who answered my call to the salesma , to the finance manager and the service attendant - everyone was courteous, helpful, informative, and attentive. My purchase was completed in about 2 hours, the service team member called shortly thereafter to let me know my PriusC was ready and I was able to pick it up. The entire experience Che was hassle-free and I appreciate the organized, efficient manner of the entire process. Desert Toyota has earned my business and I will be returning.

I recently purchased a Toyota Highlander from Desert Toyota. I test drove a number of makes and models of SUV before deciding on a Highlander. I was pleased with my salesman and all other employees I dealt with during the transaction. They answered any questions I had, were courteous, very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Ordered a trailer hitch to be installed later and was pleased with the service department and and checking to see if there was anything we needed, ie, a car or transportation to get lunch. There are dealers a lot closer to my home, but I am glad I made the 40+ miles trip. Now if I can just learn to use all the bells and whistles.

MY wife and I have had Toyota's since the 70's and never had any problems. We have been going to Desert Toyota for several yrs. and have had no complaints. This time however we must have met the A-Team. Daniel Jimenez met us out front and stayed with us until we left in our new RAV4. Daniel is a very likable guy and had great patience with us.He explained everything about the RAV4 because we knew very little. Thanks a lot to Daniel and everyone else that made our day enjoyable.We are very happy with our new car and will definitely be back.

Our sales man was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable on all merchandise. His knowledge and helpful tips assisted me in choosing an excellent vehicle to fit my personal needs, desires, preferences, and price range. I came with a goal in mind, and was very satisfied that I was able to drive off the lot in my brand new 2015 Toyota Corolla. I have been coming into Desert Toyota on 22nd St for 3 years with my Camry (leased from Desert Toyota Vegas) Erin Dean has been my Service person. The dealership is Really nice and the employes are great. Very helpful and friendly. Mylissa my sales person was referred to me by Erin Dean , she called me let me know what was availabe and set up a time to meet. Very nice and personable. Melyssa had the Sales manager I believe to work up the paper work. He was also very friendly and assured me that he would do the best he could do to get me into my new Rav4. Greg Sneed was the closer. He is fast and explianed in terms I could understand. Very charming. The Rav was clean and detailed gas was full and ready to go. I came in and was out in 4 1/2 hours and had not seen my car till I got there.

We shopped for two weeks at various dealerships and saw some great and sufficient cars similar to what Desert Toyota offered but can honestly say Mike N. was the reason we returned to Desert Toyota and bought our Camry there instead of all of the other competitors. We spent practically two whole days with him and all the while he was patient, honest, and generally respectful toward our circumstances. Mike N.is a remarkable salesmen with genuine integrity for what he does and for future car purchases Desert Toyota will be our first stop for that reason.
