I purchased a used 2013 Tundra online from Hatch Toyota. The salesperson said body was clean except for scuff marks over one fender. The vehicle had dents over that fender, dents on the tail gate, large dent on wheel well and back of bed and scuff marks on both sides. Salesperson also said interior was graphite but it was black. You may get a decent deal but you deserve to know what you are getting. Don't trust the salesperson, have someone look at it for you when buying online.

I went to hatch Toyota to buy a truck and found a 2011 cheverlet silverado. Very nice looking truck. I bought it and drove home. The next day I had to work out of state about 200 miles away. I drove the truck to work and after work started to drive back to the hotel 2 miles down the road the truck broke down and had no oil pressure. I called the dealership and the proceeded to tell me I needed to pay for a tow to the nearest Chevy dealership and they would pay for diagnosis and I would have to pay for the part and labor. I HAD THE TRUCK FOR ONE DAY!!! I refused and they finally said they would cover all costs. After many calls back and forth. Hatch Toyota would not get me a rental car while the truck was being worked on so I had to rely on others to get to work. The next day the truck was ready and I had to find a ride to drive me an hour and a half to pick up the truck because hatch Toyota would not pay for the truck to be towed back to me. I picked it up from the dealership and drove down the road 2 miles and the same thing happened again. Broke down on the side of the road for the second time in 3 days. I called the salesman of hatch Toyota and told him I am surrendering the truck back to them and he told me if I could get the truck started he wanted me to just drive it to the hotel and he would deal with it from there. I agreed and started driving I got five miles further and was on I-40 going 75 mph and the truck shut off on me. No power steering no head lights (8pm) and could of lost control I was furious and all the salesman wanted was the truck to be in a safe place. Didn't care about my wellbeing and I finally got the truck to the hotel and went home without the truck. The salesman said they would make it up to me and give me a really good deal on my next truck. I got to the dealership the next day and looked at some different trucks and all he said was "we have about a $2000 markup on all vehicles that's all I can take off". And all the vehicles he showed me were way out of my price range. I was extremely unsatisfied and left. Two days later he put the truck back out for sale on the lot and called me and asked if I wanted to purchase the truck again because " it is fixed now" I do not recommend doing business with hatch Toyota

We have bought three new cars from this dealership, and have top notch service on each occasion. Their service department is beyond compare. I have been on line shopping and have checked out prices in the big cities only to find that the best deals and superior service are in my own back yard.

Bought a new 2014 Tacoma online after being assured it was in "perfect cond." Flew in to buy it and it had a clutch malfunction causing a loud rocking chair creek. Now on 4th attempt to fix it. In process of filing Lemon Law suit. Owner of Hatch has now become nasty and refuses to replace the vehicle. BUYERS BEWARE! Lemon Law complaints are time consuming and frustrating.
