Best Experience Ever

After being a lifelong Chevy girl, today I bought my first very Toyota. And the experience with the dealership was the absolute best ever. From the salesman, Willie Hearn, to the finance department's Beverly Kemerly, the experience was outstanding. They were friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. It was an experience I will gladly repeat the next time in the market for a new car.

The Best Experience

I had a wonderful experience buying a vehicle for the first time ever. Calvin Odell is of star quality among salesmen. He listens very well and did not overtalk me because I'm a woman. The word that is so true about him is 'trustworthy'. I actually spent more than I planned on spending for a good vehicle that is worth it because of him. But it's not only him, Kenny was just as kind and professional. I will definitely continue to tell others to go to Sunny King and Calvin, just as I was told by my niece to go.

Surprisingly straightforward and successful

Painless, straightforward, and pretty darn good experience. We dealt with three people total: two from the sales team and one in finance. We were in and out in about 2 hours, which ranks as one of my two top car purchase experience. No haggling back and forth for hours. Just short, open, honest discussions and both sides trying. Success! I can wholeheartedly recommend and without reservation. Have a question, call Rob Jones over there. He is exceptionally nice and does his best. Would deal with them again and again.

From the minute I drove onto the lot until I left with my new car, The staff were attentive to my needs and did not push me for a quick decision. Everything was explained in detail and all my questions answered in a satisfactory manner. Enjoyed car buying experience for the first time in my life.

I bought my first 2012 4Runner from him back in 2015. I have always said if I ever got another one, I would ONLY BUY from Rob Jones because he was simply the best. I trust him and he has always done me right! Well...I just upgraded and bought my first ever brand new car and it was a NEW 2019 4Runner from him, and the experience was everything I expected. He might have made me cry a little bit, but they were happy tears of what he could do for me! I am beyond pleased with the vehicle and we always be a Toyota 4Runner girl!!!

Picked up my new 2019 Toyota Tacoma this week. Salesman Rob Jones is the best! This is the 6th. vehicle that I have purchased from Rob. He is always professional, kind, caring and sensitive to our particular need. He has never been too pushy but has always honest and fair. Exceeded expectations again

Just when you thought customer service couldn't be brought to a higher level!. Our son purchased a 2019 Camry and were in and out in record time. Calvin never pressures anyone to purchase. He shows them the best deal possible and gives the customer time and space to make a decision. Once the decision to purchase was made, we were in an out in record time. He honored our time and had everything ready for us and we could not be more satisfied with the dealership or Mr. O'Dell. Highly recommend Sunny King Toyota.

A Pleasant and Pain Free Experience

My husband and I recently purchased out new truck from Sunny King Toyota. Our sales representative, Nelson, was absolutely amazing! He did everything he could to make our experience a pleasant one. He only showed us what we wanted and did not try to sell us anything that we did not express interest in. I never once felt pressured, and he treated me equal to my husband (which I have never experienced from a sales person before). He deserves a 5 star rating, but I give the experience as a whole 4 stars. I am doing this because 2 of other employees at the dealership did not share Nelson's respect for me and tried to only speak to my husband, even though I was the one speaking to them. That being said, I would still go back to Sunny King if I need a new vehicle and I will send anyone I can to them.

My experience was awesome without any pressure from the salesman at any time. James was very patient in allowing me to take my time and test drive several types of vehicles. I took a few days to decide which vehicle was a fit for me and we worked out the details to make this a pleasant experience for all involved in the transaction. My son (which is awesome) referred me to the dealership as he and his family had a wonderful experience with Sunny King. Everyone was very professional and I would definitely refer my friends and family to Sunny King for all their automotive needs.
