I was having a hard time finding the car I wanted. Andrew @prestige imports suggested I consider ordering it. It was an outstanding experience. He was helpful and guiding me to the website to pick exactly what I wanted. The car came in in a few short weeks with all of the features I wanted and nothing I didn’t want. it was the best buying experience I have ever had. All smiles no surprises.

I have been using Prestige Subaru for my service needs, even though I purchased my 2022 Crosstrek elsewhere. Rosemarie manages the department with great care and efficiency. She runs a “tight ship”. The service and annual NYS inspection all took less than 2 hours. And the waiting area was quite comfortable. But with all this said, the best thing about my experience with the Crosstrek is the car itself! The Crosstrek is an SUV that handles like a convertible. Tooling around in it gives the most fun I have ever had driving a car.

Fast, Fair, No problem transaction

Apparently loud noise is now normal

I was told that a loud noise from my car is normal. So they were of no help.

Could not be more friendly. You feel at home. Our sales person, D, led us through the whole process - and since we are idiots about this sort of thing, was an enormous help picking out the car we wanted, and going through the subsequent process to make it ours. The people who work there are experienced, professionals - from the sales staff to the service manager to the custodian who greets you with a big hello whenever you come in. These are not people biding time - they are people who know how to serve customers.

Best purchase experience - easy and no games!

I just had the best car purchase experience with Brian Drexel, the sales manager. Buying an ev in this market has been extremely difficult. I’ve reached out to many other dealers in the tri-state area and most of them were charging insane markups, requiring non refundable deposits or playing sneaky games. Prestige had an ev I was looking for and Brian confirmed they didn’t charge markups above MSRP. He had all the paperwork already prepared when I arrived and it literally took less than 5 mins to sign the docs. He didn’t waste my time trying to up sell me or sneaking random fees. I would highly recommend working with Brian.

Most Professional Dealership

This is THE BEST dealership, a far cry from the nonsense that other dealerships put you through. They are the most professional, customer-service oriented, straightforward and responsive operation, while working with customers in the most cordial fashion. See Andrew for sales or leases!

I leased a Tiguan from Prestige...it is a Volkswagen dealership too. (I like the car very much) On the day I signed the lease Volkswagen came out with a new sign and drive program which I was not fully apprised of and then my sales associate assured me that I was getting the best deal. I was not. I understand that this is my fault...buyer beware and all that but when I brought it up with the sales associate later to wonder why I had not been told about this better deal when I signed the papaers he treated me in a very rude manner and yelled at me and eventually hung up on me. A few weeks later he did call to apologize but it was not convincing. When I was trying to contact the sales associate about my concerns he would not return my calls. The manager spoke to me after the incident with the sales associate and accused me of trying to "push his buttons." Neither of them ever addressed my concerns about the price I paid. So if you go there to lease or buy it is like too many dealerships. Make sure you have all the information, don't trust what they say, and make sure you have checked out all offers before you sign anything. They won't tell you you. And one other thing when I first went in they said they had not seen the Tiguan I wanted in the two years the car had been out. That changed when they could not sell me a fully loaded version..all of a sudden then the car I wanted was available.
