Overall, Sangera Subaru has pretty good service. But....... Every time I have taken my Outback in for service, I have told them that I am not happy with the fact that my tires continuously lose air. I should not have to stop and fill the tires as much as I do. Their answer the first two service visits was to change the sensitivity of the sensors. ( Seriously? That is not going to keep air in my tires, it is just going to take longer for the car to notify me ) The third service visit, they charged me $40 to fill with Nitrogen. Well, that didn’t work either. What they need to do is replace my tires. I am hopeful that will be done on my next service. I love my Subaru. It is my second Outback. But, I am done with messing with these tires.

One fantastic vehicle, sales consultant Leo was very professional, good natured and likeable. Service was to the point, no false presentations or beating around the Bush. The dealership very clean and orderly. Documents were prepared rapidly, with excellent directions. On a scale of 1 to 10, service, management, sales consultant and clerical staff are a 10. This is the first time we have purchased a new vehicle that we were comfortable and pleased with staff and service. All I can say is outstanding, need I say more. Great job Leo.

This is my second purchase of a Subaru Outback from Sangera Subaru. This one was easier than the first. I was able to do all of my bargaining through phone calls to Brandon and when we got to the dealership, everything was ready to go. It took less than an hour to complete all of the paperwork. For most of you that have spent hours at a dealership haggling and waiting around, you can understand what a wonderful surprise this was. I would recommend at least giving this dealership an opportunity to win your business.

Purchasing vehicles from Sangera Subaru was by far the best car buying experience. There was no pressure form the sales team at all. They were more than willing to help make my buying experience as easy as possible. Both Max and Tyler were more than helpful. I would return to buy another vehicle from either Max or Tyler next time I am in the market for another vehicle.

I leased a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek in April with the help of Max Pierce and it was hands down the easiest and best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Craig was my finance guy and he, too, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed my experience so much that 8 months later, my boyfriend went down and bought a 2016 Subaru WRX with the help of Brandon Row. Again, the an AWESOME experience. We never once felt pressured or on edge trying to wheel and deal for the best possible outcome. Both Max and Brandon were concerned with getting us the best deal that worked for us and we walked away with fantastic cars. After my experience here, I'm not sure I could picture myself buying a car anywhere else!

Jennifer Pe. (internet sales) found me the exact car I was looking for when other dealers couldn't. Inquiries, specs, price all handled via email and phone...super easy. She offered to deliver the car, but I wanted to pick it up. I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. Honest team at Sangera.

I took my car in after it was diagnosed by a local mechanic with a clogged catalytic converter. I had to take it to the dealer since it was still under warranty. I made the mistake of leaving the car. When I picked it up, they said, the Cat wasn't clogged but the sparkplug tubes were bad ($520) and my cv boots were cracked and leaking ($650). I refused to pay these prices and I wasn't convinced of these things so I took the car back to my local mechanic. He said your sparkplugs have no sign of wear, oil, or anything else that would indicate bad sparkplug tubes, he was still adamant the cat was clogged. I called Sangera Subaru to ask how they analyzed the Catalytic converter to determine it wasn't clogged. The Rep was actually rude...Said 'you didn't get the work we recommended done here, so I can't help you'. All I could get her to say,was there was no code for bad cat (which I already knew before I brought it in there. So I paid $114 to find out nothing!). Ultimately, I took the car to another mechanic who came to the exact same conclusion as the first one. So I took it to a different dealer who agreed the cat was clogged and they covered it under the warranty. The reason there was no code is that one of the 'sub' cats was clogged. The sub cats are not electronically monitored. After getting the warranty work done, I requested a refund from Sangera, who said 'provide us with proof of the warranty repair' and we'll reimburse you. I provided the proof, they said 'OK. checks in the mail'...but no check after two weeks. Called them up, said, they'd look into it. No return call. Called them up again, finally got a check in the mail. Oh, and while my car was on the rack, I had a mechanic show me the cv boots, they were perfect, not even tiny cracks..and nothing oozing out as Sangera had claimed. Sangera should have their dealership revoked by Subaru!!!
