Apparently i had been talking with a CSR person for some days, literally they had been inviting me to come test drive a vehicle i previously checked its availability on their website. This CSR had been confirming the car was available and was just waiting for me, even before i could drive that morning to their dealership, they assured me everything was fine. After driving for three hours because i live out of state, they tell me they sold the car that morning, i was baffled and asked them if it was a prank, because two hours earlier the CSR mentioned nothing to me but was ok for me to come test drive the vehicle i had picked. They turned around with LIES! LIES! LIES! and LIES! telling me they have something else they want to offer me, i quickly declined, they kept pushing and offered to fill my tank, i told them not to worry about. I have never in the world, ever never seen such [non-permissible content removed] , they LIE! like hell. They wasted almost 7hours of my day with their lies. Not surprised they have a lot of negative feedback from customers but apparently they seem not to care and continue with LIES! LIES! LIES!. NEVER EVERTO RECOMMEND TO WHOSOEVER.

James was fantastic and made the whole purchase process very easy and comfortable. He didn't try to sell us a car. Instead he simply helped up make a decision on what was best for us. That was quite refreshing.

The friendliness and knowledge of all who helped us. We were particularly impressed, when after we had closed the deal the new Highlander, a sales man explained all the new technology and added our cell phones to the cars Bluetooth.

My 2017 Toyota Highlander purchase experience

Really felt welcome to Pearson Toyota as soon as my wife and I walked into the showroom being greeted by one of the sales managers and one of his sales associates Kristin White. After test driving a RAV4 and a Highlander with Kristin, the choice between the two vehicles was very easy to make as the Highlander met every need I wanted / was looking for and then some! The Highlander really sold itself to me with all the amenities that were included in the limited edition package especially after seeing the Shoreline Blue Highlander with light gray interior that was on the lot that I didn't even test drive. Wow what a beautiful vehicle!! Want to give a special thank you to everyone involved in the purchase process of my 2017 Highlander for being so gracious, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest especially Kristin White and James Roth. Probably the best vehicle buying experience I've ever been thru.

Purchased a 2017 Tundra from Pearson

Jaymes was amazing. He was courteous, professional, kind, honest and extremely knowledgeable with every question we had in regard to the 2017 Tundra. He was also great with our 3 year old daughter. I could tell he is a family oriented man. I also liked that the staff was always polite and willing to greet us with a smile. It was just a completely different atmosphere from that of other dealerships we have visited in the past. Jaymes listened to what we wanted as far as options were concerned and he understood there wasn't a truck on the lot that we wanted, therefore he did not pressure us into making a purchase we might regret. I was personally impressed by that because many dealerships will try to "give you a deal" on something they've already got. In fact, after we agreed on a price for the sale and trade of our own vehicle, the new truck came the next day. Jaymes ensured the new truck was spic and span and we literally had no wait time to sign paperwork. For those who have ever bought a car in the past, I can assure you this was the fastest I've ever been in and out of the final paperwork process. We aren't locals to the area so we didn't even realize Pearson existed until we were on Jefferson in Newport News, two weeks ago, and found that they were right down the road from where we were so we decided to check them out. This dealership is not closest to our house, but they had superb customer service skills and I feel they had more to offer with their Pearson Promise Warranty.

I love the fact that the salesman didn't use any high pressure sales techniques and I didn't receive any phone calls pressuring me to buy like most dealers around here do. I just wanted to be able to look at the car and decide if I wanted it or not! That's exactly what Sam let me do, he helped me, when I called and inquired about the car, he had it waiting for me when I got there. I told him I had one more vehicle to look at before I made up my mind. He was fine with that and told me if he could help, don't hesitate in coming back! Needless to say, the next day I went back and purchased the car, there was no hassling, we came to a amicable price, shook on it and the deal was done. The whole process was seamless! I will definitely recommend Pearson.

I came in; asked about a particular vehicle; they showed me what they had; I made a decision; they made me an offer; I reviewed and compared the offer to others online; I accepted the offer; they took care of everything else.
