I had Chris M as our sales rep and he went above and beyond to meet my wants and needs in a vehicle. All in a days work

These guys, especially Dane, have been awesome. They were able to get us in and out so fast. They found the car I was looking for, got it in, and the paperwork was so easy and quick. It didn’t even feel like buying a car because of how easy everything moved.

Not promised on time and other pay issues

Took my Prius in for some brake work. I dropped car at 8 Am on Friday. By 9 or 10 am they said they couldn’t bleed the brakes so the called and said they needed to do a more in depth diagnosis on the car. They emailed me with a $382 diagnostic fee to further diagnosis the brakes which I agreed too. They texted me also in the morning that they will be updating me on progress. I never got any text about my car after 10 am. I called at 545pm to get an update and they said I needed $3700 in repairs. This was too much for me. I said I would just pick up my car. I was on my way over when I got a call and i was told my car would not be ready on Friday because the tech needed. to put the car back to together. They said come back on Saturday. So I did, I showed up in the morning and they said they car was not even close to being ready and the technician didn’t come in on Saturday that worked on brakes. So I was carless for the whole weekend. I asked for a loner and said they don’t lend cars out. I got a call on Monday morning car was ready to be picked up. I told the service person I needed a ride to get my car. They said ok and asked for my phone number and address. I waited 35 min and still no car to pick me up. I noticed a random text for me to approve text through Uber. I wasn’t sure what it was about until I called. The first service guy did not say I was getting and Uber driver. Because I don’t response to the Uber text, I thought it was spam, they didn’t dispatch the Uber. I wish when I set it up initially they guy that helped me could have told me it was an Uber driver picking me up. That would have been helpful information. I called back and another service person said sorry and setup the Uber again. I asked him do I have to pay for this or is this service free? I didn’t know. I didn’t want to pay for it. I ended up canceling the Uber after wait an hour. My wife got home from work and was able to take after the fact. When I get there I notice an additional charge was not notified on the phone when I called them back on Friday morning. I notice an additional charge of $29 on bill and said what is this for? I was not told this on the phone when I called to approve the in depth diagnosis. I asked to speak to the service manager.

I was hesitant about purchasing a new vehicle. Then I dealt with Amanda Walker DeWayne Hayes. They were informative, pleasant , and most important to me…..low pressure. I was offered a fair offer for my trade and a reasonable new vehicle price. The entire process took a short time and was performed efficiently.
