Toyota of Kingsport
Customer Reviews of Toyota of Kingsport
Disappointing experience
by 05/02/2015
onI have gone twice to test drive vehicles at Toyota of Kingsport. I would prefer to buy local, but this dealership really wasn't interested in my business. First the sales rep wasn't interested in dealing with us if we weren't buying today. I'm upfront when test driving to compare vehicles. Secondly the car had no gas (22 miles to empty) and the sales rep refused to get gas, he said it would take 30 minutes to get a manager to get a gas card. 3rd when I asked about options of a vehicle (2 different vehicles) the sales rep had no idea. I had to go on line to find out what options were available for each trim. Pretty sad you have to go out of town because the local dealership doesn't know their cars and aren't interested in people test driving vehicles.

onBought a new Rav 4 and couldn't be more pleased. We have purchased three toyota's of Toyota of Kingsport. Each time we got a good deal and the buying process was professional and easy.

Am I a Rube?
by 01/23/2013
onDoesn't this dealer realize that anyone can find MSRP's on a new Toyota on the internet? Doesn't this dealer also realize that I can also find an average of actual sales' prices also on the internet? Do they think that everyone they deal with is a rube who just came down from the sticks? Or did I have the bad luck to just pick a bad salesperson to try to deal with? Needless to say, I bought a new Toyota elsewhere.

toyota kingsport has no deal on 2007 toyota prius on eve of 2008s
by 08/06/2007
onI contacted the internet person for toyota Kingsport about a 2007 toyota prius. He indicated that the prices were MSRP, and that he had a line of people lined up to buy them. Why pay full MSRP for a 2007 in August of 2007 when the 2008 prius are due to be stocked! I responded that I would go 3000 miles to California to pick up a Prius if need be.
