We were extremely disappointed this morning when we arrived at the car dealership to learn they would not honor the price they quoted us months ago on the car we put a down payment on to reserve. Unfortunately, when we arrived today and reviewed the paperwork, we noticed a price difference and were told that the original price they gave us did not include the SmartShield warranty $895. After reviewing the paperwork we were originally given when we reserved the car with a down payment, which clearly shows it as an included line item, it was concluded that the sales guy made a mistake and should have crossed out the line item that described the warranty because he subtracted it from the price he quoted us. I understand this is an honest mistake but why should I be responsible for the $895 when it was their mistake. The finance guy, went to talk to the GM, who did not bother to come speak with us. The finance guy returned to tell us his GM would not accept responsibility for the error of his sales person. For anyone in the car market or if you’ve purchased a car recently, you understand that the dealers have the upper hand. If we walked away, we would have waited at least another 3-6 months for a car to be delivered, if we could even find another one to reserve. I understand car dealers have the upper hand these days and I’m willing to pay more as supply is low vs demand. However, I do expect to be treated fair and deal with honest people. In this case, we absolutely felt taken advantage of. The finance guy and salesman were very nice. Salesman made an honest mistake, which I completely understand. It was identified by the finance guy who then had to bring it to the GM to fix it. The general manager should be ashamed. At least come explain your rationale to us instead of sending your finance guy in to deal with it. That was cowardly and a poor professional business decision. I would recommend you shop elsewhere for your next car/Toyota. Although we love the car, the experience felt like we were dealing with sleazy individuals who were trying to take advantage of us.

I found Bennett Toyota while searching the internet for a 2017 Camry. They had one that looked appealing and I contacted them to confirm it was available. I met with Daniel Liston, who did a great job of advertising the vehicle on the internet, and he introduced me to Grady Owen. Grady was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I feel the price paid was fair to both parties. My overall experience at this dealership was a very pleasant one. Should the time every come when I needed to purchase another car I would return to Bennett Toyota of Allentown.

Honest, Stellar Treatment as Always!

My wife was involved in an auto accident, and we were in a quick need of a vehicle. She found exactly what she wanted researching Bennett's website. Our Sales Rep was Grady Oren, and he was wonderful to work with. There was no pressure to sell us up into anything else, which you would expect anywhere else. Not at Bennett. Grady and the Bennett credit team did all the legwork for us, from handling the settlement check we had, to contacting our insurance company, new registration and, because it was necessary, even a new license plate. My wife is ecstatic with her new vehicle, and she and I both found doing business with Bennett to be seamless. This is not the first Toyota product either my wife or I have owned, and the Toyota name, and Bennett name both live up to their reputations.

Best Purchase Experience

By far, the best purchase experience I have had since my first car purchase 30 years ago. I bought a new 2017 Toyota Camry. I got the vehicle that I wanted at an excellent price (which was quoted to me by email/phone the prior day). No heavy sales pressure whatsoever. My sales associate, Rachael Rzepiela, was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, an excellent experience!

What a great experience I had buying a car from Jim Genoe and company (Mike Ruf and Sean Karkoska to name a couple)! They not only wanted my business but wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied in every way - I feel bad I made them work so hard. Multiple trips there and more multiple phone calls letting me know when a car matching my needs (and wants) arrived. Each car was immaculately clean and serviced well. The personnel are friendly and helpful. The showroom is impeccably clean, new, modern, all the comforts that make you feel welcome. Jim was right on with every turn, every detail, explaining every feature of the car, every questioned answered and made me feel truly like family. Impressive! We made the deal and I couldn't be happier. Can't wait to buy another Toyota from Bennett Toyota and Jim!!! Sorry I can't rate this higher than 5 STARS! They deserve it!!!

I just leased a 2016 Toyota Prius C and Bennett Toyota made this more than a positive experience for me. Adrian, the salesman who guided me through the process, was very informative and helpful in explaining the general process of leasing, as well as making sure my car was the perfect fit for me. He didn't let me leave without making sure I knew everything there was to know about operating my new car, and gave me the best deal possible. He really worked with me on the price and made this, not only affordable, but an enjoyable, stress-free experience. Mike Impagliazzo helped me through the process of signing for the lease and guided me through the financial aspect. He was very knowledgeable and clear in his explanation of how the payments world work. I would definitely recommend Bennett Toyota, and will continue to return for my future car purchases.

Enjoyed working with Willie Rodriquez in the purchase of our new Highlander. We stopped at Bennetts to look and price and were able to make a purchase with Willie's help. Pleased with the sales end of the purchase, hoping the service end will be just as good. We highly recommend Mr. Rodriquez and know you will be pleased. We were, thanks, Willie. This was our first purchase from Bennett Toyota.

Outstanding Service and Excellent Advice

I cannot say enough about my great experience at Bennett Toyota and with salesman Jeff Roberti in particular. I'm a professional harpist and have always had to drive a minivan. Lately I'd heard that some harpists could fit one in a Prius, the car I have always wanted. Bennett had a red 2012 Prius that was just what I was looking for. I took my brown paper template over to the showroom and Jeff let me roll it out to see if the harp would fit. It looked like the harp was about 1" too long. Not to be deterred, Jeff suggested that we take a test drive over to my house where I could see if the actual harp would fit. He was very patient as I tried every possible angle and finally did get it to fit. After that, how could I not buy it? The price was right and I just love not having to drive a minivan anymore. In addition, Jeff and the financing guy gave me excellent advice on my 2003 Celica that I had bought new from Bennett . Thanks, guys! 13 years later I'm still impressed with Bennett's people!

Adrian and Michael were excellent during the whole process. We had a special situation and they both took excellent care of us. They were very patient and worked with us throughout the entire process. We looked at several different vehicles and lines of vehicles before making our final choice of 2015 4 Runner Trail Edition. We received no pressure from either of them and a great deal of patience and understanding. I would recommend Bennett for all your sales and service needs. Thank you to Danielle, Jim and Rick in the Service Dept. Deb in Rentals and to Gaerth, Alonzo, Michael and Adrian. You took what could have been a bad experience and made it an excellent experience.

Marcos Rivera was a pleasure to deal with. I work evenings and night shifts and often had to get in touch with him during odd hours- he always responded immediately and graciously. He is genuine and knowledgeable. I was in a hurry to lease a car and got exactly what I wanted. On the day that I arrived to pick up my new car...he had the car ready, put the plate on himself and I was out of there in 10 mins! I will be back for my next lease/purchase. My first lease was with Andrew Perez. He was excellent as well. I don't have a single complaint about this dealer. I have had great experiences on both occasions.

A 2015 Scion TC for my son

Never has purchasing an automobile been a more pleasureful and satisfying experience. Lorry worked out many of the details with my wife and I over the telephone as we are over an hour away (suburbs of Philadelphia). Once at the dealership we were placed in the very capable hands of Adrian who was compwletely aware of our arrangements with Lorry and answered every question we had without having to seek out help. He's a very thorough and knowledgable young man. The professionalism and accommodating atmosphere was a welcomed change from past experiences. Games were never played trying to "up-sell" us gimmicky options. We were treated as the intelligent consumers that we are. In less than 2 hours Adrian had me driving off my son's new 2015 Scion TC. Tom Robinson was a great salesperson and great person in general, he worked with us and tried his best to put in number we could work with and afford. He was very helpful he gave us cars to look at and even made us laugh. I would most definitely recommend Tom because hes a great guy and not only did that day he helped us but we also made a great friend. Also to check everything was good he called the next day and asked how everything was going.

They make it easy to schedule appointments that work around your schedule. The waiting area is clean and family friendly. The work was always done on time and for the price quoted. They always ask if I mind them washing my car when they are done? Mind that's one of the reasons I like going there.

Clean and Family Friendly

This is the second car I purchased from Bennett Toyota. The first Car I purchased in 2012 things went so well with the sales and service department that I had to give them a shot when I was thinking about buying a new car. The sales and service teams are great to work with and they are a very family friendly dealership. Everyone there is friendly and make you feel welcomed from the second you walk in the door. Based on my experience with Bennett Toyota I would recommend them to everyone!!! Caesar Martinez greeted me when I walked in and earned my respect right away with his actions, I got a good vibe from that and we worked out a deal and I drove home in my new car.
