Jacob, the Sales Associate was great to work with. The fact that there was 1 person to work with from start to finish made this our best car purchase experience yet. Everyone at your dealership seemed super nice.

I have and will always stay with Toyota!

The salesman, Tony went out of his way to make sure I was getting the right car. The fact he let me drive the car to another dealership while testing another car I had found really helped me to decide it was the ideal car. I was able to extend my the test drive this way. He was over accommodating and went above and beyond I felt. I also like Toyotas fact you deal with one person.

She was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and process. Was very patient with us as we made a decision and made it super easy to get our car once we decided. Lemon with a silver lining.

We were in need of a new vehicle after our family minivan was totaled in an accident. After several months searching, we saw what appeared to be a good prospect online via Beaverton Toyota. We took it out, test drove it, and thought it would work for our family so we purchased it because Beaverton Toyota has an outstanding reputation. Also, the representative Ron Chirrick was an outstanding help to us throughout the process. Unfortunately it turned out to be a lemon that should not have been put out for sale until things were fixed as after the first several weeks we had repeated issues, even the first weekend we had it on a trip to the beach. We also had continual issues while it was parked or driving when the horn would start beeping on it's own, the windshield wipers would turn on and spray all while not being deployed while driving or when parked. We took it back a few times and they assessed it and could not find the issue. Eventually it became so frequent that we could no longer drive the vehicle. I'd gotten back from a trip and it started up again while parked. I decided to call Ron and he went to work to help us through the process which eventually led to the dealership allowing us to return the vehicle at a loss in cost to us but we were happy to return it as it was seriously defective. Ron help make this right and turned a really bad situation into a silver lining as we were able to return an unsafe defective vehicle and move on to something better. If a rating was based on the vehicle itself it would be a zero but as far as Ron and team are considered, I will not rate them low as his service and effort was top notch which is reflected in the full stars (5 stars) I'd give him. Thankful to Ron and Beaverton Toyota for helping make this right. If we decide to by a Toyota in the future, we will definitely consider coming back to work with Ron and team.

Kind and patient

I bought a used car from Beaverton Toyota yesterday and had a fantastic experience. Jim Osterman was my sales rep and he took the time to get to know me to help find the perfect car for me. He was extremely patient with me and I ended up test driving apx 5 cars before I decided. I never felt pressured and he was very enthusiastic.

No pressure!!

Drove over an hour to look at a used vehicle on their lot, with no intention of buying. Was matched up with a great salesman, Josh Campista, who just let me run the process basically. Handed me the keys for the test drive, showed me the specifics if I was interested in buying. With the relaxed manner in their approach it made me a buyer.

We purchased a new Toyota Camry from this dealership on 1-28-17. We had an excellent experience as the resources of the dealership and the salesperson, Hasan, was not only helpful and answered our questions with a sense of true interest in helping us but also possessed a great deal of technical knowledge that made us feel more confident in the process of our purchase experience as well as the availability of support going forward. Awesome experience with awesome people.

Went to Beaverton Toyota today to look at an (awesome) GTI that I ended up purchasing. We worked with a gent named Kevin Haines and he was fantastic. Here's a quick breakdown of how it all went: -We called a head to confirm that the car was available. -Showed up at 2 PM. The car had been pulled forward and was waiting for us when we got there. I love that. -Met Kevin and we were in the car within 10 minutes to take a drive. -Kevin had a great route for us to take that gave me chance to feel the car in several different driving situations. -When we got back we decided to get the car. -Paperwork was a very smooth and fast process. Kevin would bring us each part of then paperwork process, in order, as it became available. Rather that waiting for 30-60 minutes to get a giant stack of paperwork to fill out we were brought each piece, one at a time, giving us time to talk through everything thoroughly. I can't tell you how much I appreciated this. -Once all of the paper work was complete, I was handed keys and escorted to my freshly washed new (used) car. It was spotless. So much attention to detail. -I drove off the lot happy at 4 PM. The whole process took about 2 hours. Not bad. Thanks Beaverton Toyota and thank Kevin. Couldn't be happier with our decision to work with you. We WILL be back.

Best car buying experience in 35 years

I was able to get exactly the car I wanted. Salesman David Stephens was perfect, and I am grateful to him and to Sales Manager Andrew Hudson for making the entire process, from turning in my rental, to test driving the car, to finalizing the details/options, to the financing and deliver absolutely seamless. I can honestly say that out of my lifetime of 6 new and 7 used vehicle purchases, this was the best experience I have had.

wrong infromation

On 12/14 we went to this dealer. It was a bad day due to snow. We called Beaverton Toyota to make a deal for the car and called before going to the dealer. They promised that car will be ready and I have ask for Sr. manager (No name was givien). When we reached there (it took 2 hours to get there from Bethany) they don't have the car and they looked around came back with nothing. If they don't have the car then I am not sure why they said it will be ready. If they don't have the car then at least they would have called stating the car is not ready. We ended up wasting 6 hours.

2015 ford explorer

Came to see a 2016 Explorer and it ended up being to much for me. Luckily someone was trading in another explorer while I was there. Alan and Josh where able to get the car in for cleaning and inspection and I was able to drive away while the car that day!

Nightmare used car buying experience on my 2012 Prius

I purchased a 2012 Prius from Beaverton Toyota and it was by far the most disrespectful and stressful large purchase I ever made. Despite their claims for a no hassle buying experience, mine was fraught with hassle and aggravation due to Beaverton Toyota's incompetence, deception, and irresponsibility. I purchased my used Prius in early May and the sales experience itself with James Vogeli was pleasant enough. I was assured that all paperwork was in order to have my car registered and licensed in Oregon in time for my cross country move to Minnesota a few weeks in the future. The problems became apparent when I contact the Oregon DMV on June 20th to find out the paperwork to get my car registered in Oregon never went through. I talked to my lien holding credit union right a way to obtain the title to take care of registering the car since the clowns at Beaverton Toyota failed in that simple task. Much to my horror, my credit union informed me that the title had never been transferred and the official paperwork said my Prius was still property of Beaverton Toyota. I was in touch with the dealership's sales department and title clerk as soon as all this bad news arrived to attempt to sort out this debacle. The title clerk immediately admitted fault and that my salesman, James Vogeli, had lied about the ease of registering my car in Oregon before moving to another state. She offered no immediate solution to my registration and title transfer issues, but offer to cut a check for $110 to refund the Oregon car registration fees that never went through along with the paperwork. When I talked to a sales manager he was extremely apologetic about the situation laying the fault at the feet of my sales rep, James Vogeli, and said he no longer worked there anymore. He said he would call me back later that day to take some action to resolve the issues and I never heard from him again. From my sleuthing it appears James Vogeli is still employed at Beaverton Toyota, as just one of the many lies told to me by people in their sales department. After not getting a call back from the sales department to try to resolve the issue. I called back the following day and was put in touch with sales manager, Celso Olivas. He informed me that the title transfer would take 30 days from June 22 which meant I would be making payments on a completely unregistered car for two and a half months and I should just be fine with that even though the mistake was completely on their end. He also informed me that once the title was tranferred I would need to register my car in Minnesota, where I moved to, and pay sales tax which would have added over $1200 to my purchase. I told him both of these options were unacceptable to me as a customer to pay for these mistakes Beaverton Toyota made. He offered no real solutions, was rude, and eventually stopped returning my calls to address my serious customer service issues on this large purchase. The title was finally transferred at the end of July and I was able to finally register my car in Minnesota almost three months after purchase. In the meantime I wasted dozens of hours of my life trying to resolve the issue that I was never compensated for. In addition I was so paranoid about driving an unregistered car that I needed for my job commute, I would hardly drive it outside of my crucial trips to commute to my job. At anytime during the three month period my car was unregistered, I could have been pulled over and my car was impounded. So I wasn't able to use the car for summer road trips during that period. I had to travel for one wedding and took on the additional expense of a rental car to make the journey so I was in a legal car. Of course the jerks as Beaverton Toyota were not willing to reimburse that expense either. Beaverton Toyota provided no sort of compensation or even sympathy for this extremely negative car purchasing experience that was caused by two glaring errors on their end (screwing up the licensing/registration and dropping the ball on the title transfer). I would not recommend this horrible dealership to anyone as they will throw their customers under the bus when problems come up due to egregious errors in their process.
