Don't trust the sales staff

There are signs on the cars stating miscommunication happen, get the sales offers, the details in writing. they put these signs on the Nye cars for a reason. The Nye salesmen lie. He states "I thought there were car mats". "I'll have it detailed for your trouble" when the car wasn't ready (twice-really?). Owners shouldn't have to ask "will the tank have fuel" or other basic expectations like both car keys. The Nye auto group had an honest reputation in the community. Word of mouth as of October 2016, go elsewhere.

I purchased a 2010 Toyota RAV4 Sport from NYE Toyota some time ago. The experience from beginning to end was really quite satisfying. The salesman I worked with was Danny Gilchrist and I can't say enough good things about him and NYE in general. Granted, I don't have many experiences to draw from, sales or service, but my singular experience has been enough to recommend NYE and Danny to anybody who mentions they're looking for a vehicle. I pretty much emailed into the dealership asking for a price quote on a specific vehicle that I was interested in. They promptly emailed me back with the quote and it was right in line with what I had received from other dealers closer to my home. (NYE is about 25 minutes from where I live). It was great. No having to go back and forth chipping little bits and pieces off the price. Just 'here you go. take it or leave it.' I was pleased. Once I made it into the dealership itself, everyone was friendly enough and it was just like hanging with friends. Mostly. Overall I'm just really pleased and wanted to give them a good review for their good work. [violative content deleted]
