Shopping for a vehicle at Northway Toyota with Ashley and Chris was by far the greatest vehicle purchase I have ever made. There was no steering me towards a product that I didn’t want. I did all of the looking and asking questions and truly got to enjoy myself as I shopped for my next vehicle. Ashley and Chris were extremely helpful and caring as they helped me purchase the car of my dreams (Mercedes Benz). I never felt like they were pushing me towards a vehicle that I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. Ashley and Chris went to bat for me with the banks to get me the absolute best rates and overall price. I felt like they were working with me, not against me. Other car dealerships in the capital region were completely misleading and not helpful at all. Northway Toyota is the only place that I will purchase a vehicle in the future. Purchasing a vehicle is a big step, like purchasing a new home. It should be enjoyable...Northway Toyota makes buying a new car fun and exciting!! I can’t thank Ashley and Chris enough for helping me purchase a car that I absolutely love driving everyday.

Working with everyone at Northway Toyota was an absolute pleasure!! The sales specialist (Kahlil) was VERY helpful and informative. During the test drive, it was clear that he new the ins and outs of the 2015 Toyota Highlander that we test drove. He really went out of his way to help us stay within our budget and took care of so much of the "behind the scenes" details. We were EXTREMELY satisfied with the overall treatment we received. When we ultimately decided to purchase the car, we were in and out within an hour because Dan and Kahlil had nearly all of the paper work, title, taxes, insurance, trade-in payoff all taken care of!! With a 2 year old in our laps, we were very thankful for that! Throughout the process, no one was ever pushing us into buying more (warranties, upgrades, etc.) They were informative, but when we said no, they quickly moved on. Wow, wow, wow! We will be Northway customers for life!!!!

Went to Northway Toyota to look at new tacoma's. I was dealing with chris brewer, He took me on a test drive with 2 different trucks I was intrested in. Is very knowledgeable in the vehicles and all their functions. I walked in Saturday at 3:00 p.m. not expecting to leave with a vehicle and I left at 5:00 p.m. new Tacoma. I just purchased a 4Runner and worked with Khalil Rasouly. He's a fantastic guy. Not once did I feel pressured. I told him what I was looking for and Northway Toyota had the 4 Runner. I test drove it, he explained all the new technology the car has, and I decided it was the right car. It was the most pleasant car buying purchase I've ever had. I and my wife had a very pleasant buying experience at Northway Toyota. We had been on contact with the internet coordinator (Joy) a week before we actually walked into the dealership. We already decided what to buy (a Rav4) and it's only a matter of the specifics of the deal. We had contacted several dealerships and only Northway Toyota respected our wish to be contacted only thru e-mail because I and my wife work nights and we are asleep mostly during the day. Other salesmen kept bugging us on our phone which only disturb our rest. Ed (our salesman) was already outside waiting for us when we arrive at the dealership one late afternoon. He was very knowledgeable with the car, answered all our questions well, not overly aggressive and very respectful. After a short test drive, we closed the deal -- we decided to lease because that was the most affordable option for us. Since it was already late for all the paperworks, we picked up the car the following day. As usual, Ed was already outside with the car all set to go.

It's been a long time since we have been to a car dealership. Partly because of how pushy the sales people are. To my surprise this was not the case at Northway Toyota. Our salesman Greig Brown was awesome to work with. He made the whole experience really enjoyable and very easy to do. We were in and out and driving our new vehicle very quickly. I would highly recommend Northway Toyota to anyone thinking of buying a new vehicle or even if you are just looking. The sales staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. After visiting at least 4 other dealerships in the area, I was so surprised to find a a dealership that gave me what I needed the first time around without playing the "pricing " game. Northway Toyota is a great dealership and John O'Connor was a veteran (as in experienced) sales representative who was not only very nice, but also was willing to work to ensure a fair price for someone who had done their research going into the sale. Got a very good price on old stock (new car) that they were trying to clear. New 2016 Prius for around $1,000 below KBB fair market value.

I went this dealership last month by the incentive ended, so the entire dealership was extremely busy. However, my sales consultant and the manager still tried everything to help me lease a car. Third car we purchased from this dealership. Each time we shopped around at multiple dealerships and each time this dealership came in ~500 less then the other 3 dealerships we checked out. No pressure, Didn't have the car we were looking for yet did an inventory swap for the car we wanted. Kept us informed the entire process.

Our salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful and easy to deal with. He was patient in terms of explaining the features on the Camry that we bought and made sure that everything about the car was in perfect shape when we picked it up. We were offered a more than fair trade for our old vehicle and the dealer incentives were generous as well. The entire experience was great and there was no pressure by any member of the sales staff. We had been thinking of trading our Tacoma Quad Cab in to get a car so, opportunity knocked on a Thursday when we were given a "Snow Day" and 11.2 inches of the white stuff. Feeling it would not be busy we decided to go look at the Camry. Needless to say, very few folks were at the dealership. We needed an inspection, so while we waited we looked around. Of course Northway is in process of building an updating the dealership so the old dated building we were in did not house much at all. That didn't stop our salesman Marty from helping us though! Marty was great, understanding and VERY helpful. After reviewing our situation and checking out the Camry and Hybrids and all, we went a totally different route. As we like the height of the truck, we found the cars to be low to the ground. Enter, the Rav4! Never would have expected to purchase the Rav4, but once we saw a few models, we found one we thought would be great. Marty communicated our feelings and concerns to the manager and we came up with a great trade on our Tacoma. We got all the "bells and whistles" that Toyota offers STANDARD and LOWERED our payment! That was sweet!! They may not offer "free car washes for life", but they vehicle did not nickel and dime you for extras. The safety features on this vehicle are amazing. Every manufacturer should have them standard. Kudos to Toyota. I may have to consider a change from our other vehicle in the future! ;)
