I want to thank Noah for making my car leasing experience a pleasure. He is professional, very experienced, attentive, great listener and very knowledgeable of all the aspects that involve financing , buying or leasing a vehicle. He took all the time needed to explain me everything I needed to do, in order to make the right decision and explained me all the features of the car in great detail. We just purchased our 12th or 13th car. The last two - including this one - were purchased at Prestige of Kingston. In 2016 I was pleasantly surprised to learn of Prestige’s new “no hazzle” sales policy. I was delighted to hear last week that it’s still in effect. We just drove off with our new 2019 Touring Avalon! (It’s our fourth Avalon.) As I understand it, “no hazzle” means the best “discount” offer on the MSRP and the best offer on your trade in - based on two national value rating firms. I truly believe the Prestige team were true to their word in both cases. We were also looking at the possibility of another Toyota product at a different dealership, and Prestige’s offer on our three-year old trade in was $4,000 higher! I have to thank our sales rep, Noah O’Byrne and his manager Tom, for helping us through the process. I was especially impressed with Noah’s enthusiasm and his genuine interest in trying to get us the “best deal.” He listened to our concerns and really tried to do his best as promptly as possible. I got the distinct impression that he respected our time and didn’t want to waste or abuse it. His knowledge of the product and the process of searching other dealerships for the “right” year-end vehicle, were superb. Before ending, I have to add, we’ve been using Prestige’s Service Department for the past 15+ years. We couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone on their service team has always been prompt, respectful, actually appreciative of our business, and attentive to our concerns. Peter Dean has been especially helpful in more than one occasion. I think he and Prestige’s sales team will have us coming back for -we hope - years to come!

Noah, was excellent , answering all questions and concerns, we had concerning the purchase of our new vehicle. This is my third vehicle with Prestige Toyota/Hyuandi and I've always had a good experience, but my most recent was the best. Our sales associate, Cassie was excellent...very knowledgeable & a pleasure to work with! No sales pressure which made the car buying experience more enjoyable. Our finance manager, Brian, was also great, and accomodating! Thanks again for staying after hours! Love my new vehicle & so glad I went with the hybrid.

I recently purchased a new 2020 Toyota 4Runner from Prestige Toyota of Kingston, NY. My salesperson Cassie was fantastic! She gave me a great price on the car and more money than any other dealer on my trade in. We did it over the phone and e-mail. No going in and waiting around to get the pricing. She had a price quote and trade in within 10 minutes of our initial phone call. I saved close to $4000 compared to another dealer. I drove up the next day to take a test drive and put a deposit down. 3 days later I drive off with my new car. In over 35 years and over 20 car purchases, this was the easiest transaction process of them all. Thank you Cassie!

Great experience purchasing a 2016 Corolla. My 2005 VIBE was totaled in a crash. While no one was hurt, we were upset about replacing it. Susan Crews made everything go smoothly and effortlessly. She had us happy about the new car in no time. Susan worked with our parameters - we needed a narrow car to fit in the garage, not too miles, and under a certain price point. After a few minutes she picked out the right car for us. I live my driving experience!. A little disappointed it wasn't available6 in red. Lol
