Just want everyone to know how Romano Toyota treats people. This was my baby she was my lease and in no way was I wanting to give her up at the end. When I leased her three years ago I was told yes you can buy her out at the end and we will help you...Three years later me taking care of my vehicle because she would be my forever... Not only was I emotionally attached to this car for many reasons I loved her...I go in to buyout my Rav to be told nope we don't do that anymore. No honor in their word and when you go to Burdick they are handling all Romano's buyout because they don't do them anymore Now when I was at Romano the sales man Ian stated to me my car was worth nothing cause I had one accident reported and that's even if they wanted to buy it if they would give me anything beside my buy out price of 19025.00 mind you look at the miles.. not even close to 36,000. Went back after him cause her I am in tears cause I don't want to let go of this car and not once did he ask why is it that you have such an emotional attach to a car that it's making you cry..he just didn't care no one did. Went back to look at other cars which anyone knows looking for a car is sooooo not fun . Still they wanted to give me nothing for my car cause remember it's not worth anything..but yet here it is on there lot for 27,995. Where the buyout was 19025.00 how is that fair. They gave me nothing , emotionally crushed me, financially put me in a harder spot because I had to go get a new car yes somewhere else.. and all I wanted was my own original Rav.. Greed hurts and I hate to say this but I wish no luck to the person who gets that vehicle because they got it out of Greed of a company and I returned it with hate in my heart and hurt. Romano Toyota thought you would do better then this but sadly I mistaken.

We just recently leased a Toyota Camry from Romano Toyota. Sales staff, Sales Manager Chris and Sean the salesman, were Terrific! Easy to talk with and no nonsense or pressure. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I plan to do so again in the future.

I recently leased a 2019 Rav 4 from Romano Toyota and had a horrible experience with getting my registration taken care of. They gave me a 45 day registration until my permanent one came in. Six days before my 45 day registration was set to expire I reached out to the salesperson, Ian. He said he would check into it. Two days later with still no contact back from Ian, I called again. I was told that it would be there (at the dealership) late Monday afternoon -the day the 45 day registration expired. When asked what was going on I was told "it's in the next batch to go to DMV" and "the runner would have it by late Monday afternoon". When asked why it was taking almost 45 days- no explanation. Monday afternoon comes and still no registration. I was then told by the manager, Mike, that I would need to come out to the dealership and pick up dealer plates until they got my registration! Still no contact from the salesman, Ian. Tuesday- I call again to check on where the registration was. I was told it should be there by then end of the day. Not once did the dealership offer an explanation, apology or initiate the phone calls. Finally Tuesday evening, Ian came to my house to put the registration on my car. Again, no apology for all the stress, times out of my day to make the phone calls, or inconvenience of going to the dealership to get the dealer plates! I would NOT recommend Romano- back to Driver's Village we go.

I just recently purchased a new Toyota Rav4 and could not commend this company more for the service they gave me. Mark Santana (my salesman) bent over backwards to get me the vehicle I desired and I was extremely impressed by how accommodating, client-centered, and personable he was. In my experience of "car shopping", I have been pushed to my limits by salesman to purchase vehicles that cost more than my budget allows. Mark did everything he could to meet my financial goals and I could tell he had me in his best interest. He truly values his customers and the service he gives them. I was assisted by a salesman named Zack. He was extremely helpful and solicitous. Zack took me to see a few vehicles. He explained the car to me, and helped me through the lease process. I knew it was getting to be time to change cars. My old car was a 2013 but had low mileage, so I thought it would be a good trade in value. I saw the Toyotathon was going on and thought the Rav 4 would be a great choice, low monthly payments. I spoke to a salesman there and was told that it is a fantastic car, but from what I'd told him about the money I'd budgeted for the car, it wouldn't work. He showed me a car that would work perfectly! A new Corolla iM hatchback. It had a great January rebate and with my trade in, would work out great for me. This was the third vehicle we have purchased at Romano Toyota, and the second Prius. Although our previous sales person has since retired, Neal was very helpful and my wife and I enjoyed dealing with him. We have also been very faithful about regular service on our vehicles, and find the Service Department to be very knowledgeable and dependable. Now we are looking forward to putting some miles on the new version of Prius.
