What I liked best about my experience with sales rep Jason Wilkinson was that he was not at all pushy. He was willing to go out of his way to make us happy.

Stopped in just to learn more about leases and knowing my loved 2006 Prius was getting up there with its mileage and found myself in the midst of a truly supportive discussion with Marcia the sales person as well as later the Sales Manager Dan. Both listened carefully to my personal goals, asked great questions and provided me with information. I test drove a 2015 Prius available for lease and by the next day had signed a lease. The entire experience was great! And I love my leased vehicle - price was great - perfect for me! I am new to this dealer and was very pleased.

Fantastic Experience From Beginning to End

I cannot recommend Northtown enough. They are professional and courteous. I called to make an appointment, and the woman who answered the phone was very pleasant. When I arrived, I was greeted by the information desk and directed to a salesman. Shawn had a car ready for me to drive and was eager to answer all of my questions. I loved the Prius C, but I wasn't sure if it was within my budget, so I was also considering a Corolla. Shawn and Noah worked with me to find the right balance of miles, down payment, and monthly payment on a Prius lease, and I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I could afford. The bargaining process was straightforward, and I did not feel hoodwinked. I felt like I was a part of the process and actually understood the numbers game. When I showed up to pick up my car, the process ran like a well oiled machine. It was painless and I knew exactly what to expect next. (This was my first time buying/leasing from a dealership, so I was a little nervous.) And now I have a fantastic car. I would highly recommend this dealership and Shawn to anyone.

Dealing with my salesmen Mr. Dino G was the best experience a potential buyer could have. His knowledge and customer service skills are worlds above other dealers I have delt with in my recent search for a new automobile. I would highly recommend him to friends and family. The toyota Northtown dealership is top notch because of salesmen like Dino G.

First of all, Northtown is like any other dealer who is trying to earn profit. You have to know your range and do research before coming and buying a vehicle. I did buy a vehicle, not the one I had in mind but a different one, and I got a good lease deal because I was very firm on pricing and knew how sales at these places work.

Easy! Efficient! Educational!

I enjoyed my Northtown Scion experience because I found it Easy! Efficient! Educational! My sales representative, Jeff S, made the process of purchasing a new auto easy. Yes the Scion product is easy on the pocketbook, but Jeff also put my mind at ease in a decision that _can_ be difficult. Efficient: well sure I did some homework online before I walked in, and I've had Toyota/Scion vehicles before so I knew where I was going basically - but this process was efficient with auto, financing, insurance and registration all falling into place. Colore Dave happy. Educational: sure, well long ago I decided to approach everything as an education, I mean why get bent out of shape about everything in life - it's all a learning experience...but buying a car? Sure because at Northtown you're dealing with a very knowledgeable crew. And they took time to answer some of my rather _basic_ questions about cars. (Er what's this thingie over 'ere do?) I know I got some education and if you don't mind my saying so i think some of the staff got a little learning in human nature from _me_ too. So this is why I put a title on my review of Easy! Efficient! Educational! A tip O' the hat to Jeff.

Our salesperson,David D was wonderful to deal with.He demonstrated professionalism and honesty during the entire process. We truly felt that he had our best interest in mind and worked very hard to get us exactly what we wanted. Very pleased with our new RAV4. My salesperson was very courteous but definitely inexperienced . This was my very first experience ever buying a new vehicle . When I went to pick up the car it had stained seats , muddy carpets, the interior like the dash board was filthy. I was told to come back and have them detail the car, this unfortunately should not happen as I have to take time out of my day to have something done which should have been done when I picked up the car. I am not happy about this at all. I was also at your dealership almost 4 hours the day before negotiating about the car before I was told that the delay was because you were busy.

Noah was very professional in all aspects of the car buying process. Noah was accommodating to our specific needs and was very helpful with making an educated and professional decision of what works best for us. He made us feel important and that our meeting with him mattered and we never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. After the decision was made to lease a 2014 Toyota Venza and the paperwork was being processed, he took the time to explain every detail of the car. It was very helpful and definitely needed as there were new aspects to the car we would not have had any idea what to do. Noah has a great personality and shows he cares about his customers and wants the best for his customers. Thank you for a great experience. We will be recommending our friends and family to see Noah for any future car endeavors.

Unbeliveablly awful experience

STAY AWAY! This place only cares about making a sale. I was looking to buy an SUV from them and liked the car so much I decided to place the car on hold and gave them $200. I went back 2 days later to get the car and they had sold it an hour before I got there despite the fact they took $200 dollars out of my bank account and the MANAGEMENT assured me I was going to get this car. Take it from a person who has been screwed by them STAY AWAY!

I'm very disappointed with my purchase experience at Northtown Automotive. There were so many things that went wrong I probably won't have enough space to list them all. First I was told by my salesman that they were only gonna pull one inquiry on my credit report only to find out later that there were 7 inquiries put on my credit files by them.Then approximately a month after I ordered the vehicle and it arrives at the dealership.I find out that they still needed financial information from me after i already gave them a deposit on the car and them pulling my credit file the next day after receiving my deposit and them telling me that i had nothing to worry about and everything was o.k. far as my credit and processing the financial paper work.So at the last minute i'm hit with this news and scratching my head and thinking to myself what in the world is going on here.Eventually after waiting nearly 2 hours at the dealership to finish the paperwork we got everything situated. I also was getting very confused because i was working with up to 4 different finance managers and it was very hard to get questions answered when needed because each one would say they weren't the original one who started the paperwork so couldn't help me. they did offer to send a $25.00 gift card for my troubles which in the vehicle i bought won't even get me a half tank of gas so i guess i'll give it to my kids and they can buy some cookies with it. The one bright spot at the Dealership was Diana who is one of the finance managers. She was really Great! and did a great job of keeping me relaxed and explaining things to me i wish i could of went through the whole process with her because i know everything would of been just fine she's really Great! with customers and i would recommend any one who decides to buy a vehicle from Northtown Automotive to request to have her as your finance manager.Like I said they're were many other issues but I don't have time and space to explain them all. After all I was happy with the vehicle i chose. that's one of the few things.
