I was very happy that this dealership was not marking vehicles up over MSRP when so many others are. The price was locked in online and the paperwork and vehicle delivery went quickly and smoothly. Sales staff was helpful and courteous.

First time car shopping at Bristol Toyota. They had the automobile I was looking for. Sean V. Was my sales person and he was great. He worked with me on the price. I never felt pressured and I felt that I was given a fair trade-in value for my car.

I have not been disappointed in treatment at Bristol Toyota I have leased and now bought and Steve Axell was professional and not pushy worked with me and got me what I wanted for the second time. Financial guy was great. I have used service and they are also pleasant friendly and professional. I dealt with another Toyota dealership and would never go back there. Almost went to Honda but Bristol and Steve came through again

I was in the market for a used car preferably a Toyota. Chris who was the sales rep showed me a car that was within my price range. I loved it and bought it they even delivered it to me after the registration was complete. I highly recommend Bristol Toyota of Swansea if you are car shopping.

I have both bought and leased a vehicle from this dealership in the past two guests. Both experiences were excellent. The sales associates were both friendly and knowledgeable taking care not to put pressure on me for the sale but giving time to review quotes and make a decision. Purchase of Toyota Tacoma

I was looking for second hand truck and I liked one in particular a 2012 Toyota Tacoma I took it for a ride and found it ran and handled the road well and I took it for a nice bumpy ride and it passed my test. Bob was my salesmen and I had a trade which I new exactly what I wanted for it after going back and forth a few times I told him this is your last chance so come back with the numbers we asked for or we are going to leave and this was my third time. Well sure enough I got what I asked for now I’m happy and I sure they are also. One thing to remember is do your homework find out what exactly what your car is worth before you go in.

Bob Medeiros our sales rep was great. We went back specifically to work with him when we decided to buy a car. However Jimmy from finance was very shady to deal with. Our amount finance ended up being over $5000 more than we expected and he was not transparent with that information, instead he included extras that we didnât ask for into the loan and when we asked if it was extra, he responded with no itâs included. I went back the day after we picked up the car to get the extras cancelled, he said there was no way to have our monthly payments changed now that the amount we were financing was changing. I am currently waiting to see if our sales rep who I reached out to can get management involved to get it fixed in a way we are happy with. I am hoping they will.

I talked to Kayleigh online from the internet department and she turned us over to Milton, who was a great salesman. He gave me a lot of information on leasing as I have never done it before. I was only going to visit to talk, but after talking to Milton and others on the team, I felt great in buying a vehicle through them. I highly recommend anyone to visit Bristol Toyota, it was a fantastic experience!!

Bob Medeiros was a great salesperson. Honest, knowledgeable, gave me a great deal without having to go back and forth. I have recommended him. Very bad experience with Jorge Sican, finance manager. I felt pressured to sign up for optional coverage that I did not want or need. I was very shaken and was going to walk out. I told him that this was not what I agreed to. He completed the paper work as to what was originally agreed upon and I left very upset. I did speak with a manager. I picked up the car five days later and Bob went through everything with me. If it wasn't for him, I probably wouldn't have gone through with the purchase.
