Falling Flat

I was really pleased with so many parts of my buying experience at this dealer. My salesman Jack was really nice, honest & worked hard to get me the best price on the vehicle I bought & my trade.The finance department was just as good. No pressure & Peter worked hard to get me the best rate. However, that's where the honeymoon ended... I have never had a vehicle delivered that was in such bad condition. It wasn't waxed, there was sand on the floors and in the seats. I also found a glue like substance on the roof & hood. When I complained they took the car back and did a half hearted job at spot cleaning it. Days later when I actually washed & waxed the vehicle I found scratches on the vehicle - that I had to compound out & a ding on that wasn't visable until the car was really clean. I'm waiting to see if the GM at the dealer will respond to my concerns. Nice dealership, but I doubt that I would ever buy a car from here again.
