Shawn in service provided the highest level of customer service upon my visit at I-95 Toyota. He was extremely professional, set my expectations from the beginning and actually exceeded my expectations by completing everything that needed to be done properly and a lot sooner than was expected. This is the level of service and commitment that keeps me coming back to I-95 Toyota. Just FYI, I drive all the way from Jacksonville for my service because of employees like Shawn. Thank you!
