My salesman Jeff Palmer made my car buying experience in absolute joy! He took me through step-by-step and ordered the car I've been longing to get for almost a year. (2022 camry hybrid xse with windchill pearl color) There was no haggling, no type of "sales shark" feel through my whole car buying process, and made sure he let me know all the options so I can make a decision based on my driving needs. The massive amount of self reassuring questions I had before i pulled the car buying trigger, he had an answer for, and took a lot of the anxiety out of purchasing a new vehicle. Without a doubt I would go right back to him for my next car buying experience! Once i was handed off to the finance/paperwork dept, Shannon Oswald was a tremendous pleasure to work with. Before we signed anything, she 1st and foremost started off just by asking what I would like out of the car in regards to warranty and services and if anything suited my needs in an easy to understand explanation and printout. I would definately recommend Gettel Toyota of Lakewood, and Jeff Palmer for any cars on the lot, or like mine, a piece by piece custom ordered dream car

Purchasing my vehicle at Gettel Toyota was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Ken Staggs, my Salesman was so patient & knowledgeable. Although he had several customers at one time, he made me feel like I was the only one. Dan Pipp in financing was superb as well. They made what is usually a daunting task, smith, quick, and honest. Deceptive Price Advertising

They advertise prices for CPO vehicles, but in reality there's an additional $1,500 mark-up above the advertised price for the CPO. They claim that listings carry a disclaimer but they do not. Furthermore, their dealer fee is $999 which is outragous. Dock fees are usually $80 to $300 at worst. All to say, their list prices are typically a sales gimmick to induce a conversation and provide a perceived negotiation for you to feel like you "won." You're going to waste a lot of time.

Patrick was a great salesman. Kind, patient and understanding. He helped me choose the perfect vehicle. The manger was also very helpful in getting me the car I wanted. Even the person doing my paperwork was pleasant and kind. I give the entire dealership five stars! They took out the stress of buying a vehicle. The experience was wonderful. I did not go to Gettel to buy a car. I was getting my Camry service, but since it was a 2012 I thought I'd at least inquire about newer models. It bares mentioning I also purchased my 2012 from this dealership. Steve was so peronable, enthusiastic and pleasant, but most of all patient and knowledgeable! I ended up walking away with a brand new 2021 Camry sport luxury. I highly recommend Steve Wofford as a sales agent as well ad Gettel. They have always taken great care of me and are head and shoulders above any other dealership I've dealt with!

Greatest car purchase experience…EVER

Good morning. I wanted to share my experience with purchasing a new car at Gettel Toyota. Initially, I was looking for a pre ownerd vehicle on the lot. I was looking for a reliable car with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. I met Brian MacNeel, sales rep and expressed my interest. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. After processing the deal on a used vehicle, a significant malfunction was noticed on the vehicle. Brian assured me that it would be taken care of. The service manager, Dan, later notified me that the cost of the repair would be more than the vehicle was worth. He also assured me that the dealership would make this issue right. Another notable rep is Shannon, in financing. She was so friendly and kind, explaining everything in detail. I decided to look into a new vehicle option and Brian confidently went thru all the steps. I drove out with all my requirements met, happily and I appreciate the great customer service. I would highly recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from Gettel Toyota and without hesitation, ask for Brian MacNeel.

Gettel Toyota Holds True to Word

Brian and Jerry really came through for me. I had been in the dealership several times shopping for the best price, which they ultimately gave me. I left a deposit. I left the dealership and the following day I found a less of a grade model put had more add on's, wheel and appearance package. This truck was actually more money, about $2400 more. Well someone in finance quoted me a price, stating this truck was the same price as the original truck, I moved my original deposit to it. So I changed my order. When doing the final paperwork, the numbers were off and the true price was discovered. Rather than lose a customer, Jerry honored the original price quote he had given me. Toyota Gettel has made themselves a loyal customer for life. Thank you

I enjoyed working with David Cornicelli. He was great to work with. He was very personable and not at all pushy. The only thing I didn't like about the dealership was the added fee of $1495 for their Certified Plus, and the dealer fee of $999 was higher than some other dealerships I had been to.
