High pressure sales and games

typical high pressure sales people, don't honor what's Said prior to going out there, didn't even want to hold a vehicle with a deposit til the next morning so I could bring In my trade to complete the sale. only interested in closing the sale that day. well they lost my business, that of my family, friends and anyone I talk to who's in the market for a vehicle until the day i die.

I worked with Kyle in Financing and Joe in Sales. Both were very professional and accommodating during the process. I drove a long way (3 hours) for a specific vehicle (Jeep Compass Manual Trans), and I am very pleased with the outcome. The deal I worked out over the phone was honored and the car was exactly as described. I was in and out in under 2 hours; with test drives, financing, trade in appraisal, and paperwork on the last day of the month.
