onWent there to purchase/trade my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I purchased my current car and a previous one at this dealer. They usually have great inventory on Jeeps. Looked at several, all loaded up with extras I do not want. Wanted a basic GC with a tow package factory installed. None available in the Laredo, only the limited and badge names. Bought a Hyundai Santa Fe instead at a Hyundai dealer. Sales staff had the typical take or leave it attitude. Saved about $7000 by buying the Santa Fe instead.

onMy Grand Cherokee had dashboard dummy lights going off within 1week. Within 3weeks of purch, the catalytic converter was even replaced along with other "modules". The sales manager (CP) says they can't do anything, take it up with HQ in Michigan. Now the transmission, and a/c is acting up at 8700 miles. I have a worthless brand-new car with a 60 month loan on it.

Big Issue With Dealer
by 08/06/2010
onPurchased a used car on July 8, 2010. Received temporary registration in New Jersey for 20 days. Have not been able to drive care since July 28 due to expired temporary registration. It is now August 6 and I am still waiting for title and plates. Salesperson gave multiple different explanations for this issue. Bottom line is I paid for a car that I cannot drive and now I can pay for a rental car. Company is willing to only provide a verbal apology.
