I only have good things to say about Sales dept.

I leased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Westborn Dodge Chrysler Jeep and with no doubt will return to lease another Jeep. Having only driven a Jeep since 1999, this dealership is my favorite!! They have gone over and above to accommodate me when I was looking for a new vehicle and have always been willing to help with any questions or concerns that I may have had done the line. The sales dept is awesome and so-so friendly!!! I look forward to returning when my lease is up and getting another jeep from Westborn. Jody fitzpatrick Dearborn, michigan

Shady Business

I visited Westborn Dodge to purchase a 2015 Charger. I gave a deposit for a vehicle, at that time I was told that my deposit would be refunded. I was not told that there were any stimulations on if my deposit would be refunded. I told the sales man what I wanted on my vehicle and he assured me that he could deliver. About a week later the vehicle came in, and to my surprise it was not the vehicle I asked for. I went to the dealership to get my deposit back and they are refusing to give me my money until the vehicle is sold. First of all, I will never know when the vehicle will be sold and I was never told that this may happen. Also, I've talked with the sales man (Scott) plenty of times, he never addressed me by my name EVER! I contacted another dealership and was told that this is against the law. I will never go back to Westborn Dodge and I suggest anyone looking for a vehicle to look elsewhere. It has been 2 weeks and I'm still going through processes on how to get my deposit back on a vehicle I never purchased or signed any papers for. This is the 3rd car I've purchased and the worse car buying experience I have encountered. The asst. sales manager was rude and the sales manager would not even come out of his office to address me or the situation.

Unethical

I visited the dealership on February 2 and 3 with an interest in leasing a 2015 Grand Cherokee limited. The salesman spent most the first visit trying to talk me into another vehicle and zero down. Last I checked, zero down vehicles have higher payments and I didn't come to the dealership to have someone else think for me. I knew exactly what I wanted coming in the door, so I did not appreciate the salesman trying to pressure me into vehicles that they have a problem moving because no body wants them. Not to mention I had already visited another dealership where they produced the actual dealer's invoice of the model I wanted listing the dealer's purchase price, msrp, and employee discount price. Yet, the salesman and finance guy tried to double team me and lie to my face about the price of the vehicle I wanted. They also ran my credit and never disclosed my actual score, but tried to tell me that I wouldn't qualify for the car I wanted. I finally had enough and left. In the end I'm glad I walked because I had no problem getting into a 2015 Infiniti Q50 with the exact same features as the Grand Cherokee Limited and same msrp. Not to mention the payments were only $325 and they disclosed my credit score of 672, which Westbury failed to and tried to use deception to lead me to believe my credit was much worse. I implore all who read this to go to another dealership. I will be posting his everywhere possible to inform the public.

Purchase of Used Vehicle

Overall, the purchase went well, happy with my used Jeep Patriot, staff very courteous and easy to work with. The only problems were the gas tank was on empty upon purchase, the change oil service light came on only 500 miles after purchase, and the washer fluid was empty. You would think serviceable items like these would be completed as standard before a car is put up for sale, much less after making a sale. Not a huge deal, but just thought it was a little cheap.

Big Improvement

There has been a lot of smack about this store, but our experience has been very positive. The sales, service and repair groups all have customer oriented staff members who we regard highly.
