Chrysler Corner

This was the easiest, most enjoyable car buying experience we have ever had. We saw the car online, talked to the salesman and he informed us the mileage was wrong and he would give us a good deal. We went in on a weekend, he looked at our trade, we did a test-drive on the car we wanted, and he wrote down some numbers. They were extremely fair with everything we had previously researched, and we took a couple hours to discuss it and look around different car lots. Ultimately we went back, and tried to talk him down a bit. He told us what we already knew, that we were getting a heck of a deal. We agreed. He let us have our new tires we had just put on our trade-in and even paid to have them switched out. We dealt directly with the owner. He was the only person in the office and did all the paperwork. There were no mind games. He never asked what payments we wanted or what we owed on our trade. It was strictly the car price, the trade-in value, and sales tax. Very cut and dry and very simple to understand. And he never confiscated the keys to our trade. It is very apparent that Chrysler Corner is a real bare-bones dealership. They are old school and realize through simplicity and honesty that they can build trust in their customers. I'm sure they made their fair share of money, but I am also confident that we got a fair deal as well. Everyone was happy, and that is all that matters. I'm sure Chrysler Corner is one of those rare dealerships where repeat customers make up a majority of their clientele. I've heard Chrysler is really struggling, and for the sake of Chrysler Corner I hope they can pull through this rough patch. It will be a few years down the road, but if Chrysler Corner is still there, you can bet we will be too.
