Kunes has been detailing my vehicles for a couple of years and they always do a good job. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because of inconsistent pricing--always ask for a quote ahead of time--and slowness in providing the bill to the payment desk upon arrival.

Battery issue

took car in to have battery checked as was dead and had to be jumped, they checked it out and said battery was good. A couple days later still acting "slo" and would take 3 tries to get it started. Took back in and said battery not good so replaced it. As far as i am concerned the battery could have been replaced initially - very frustrating as paid for 2 service calls and the new battery.

Service department

Rear passenger tire pressure was 11! I called Kunes in Oregon and was advised not to drive on such low pressure. Service department sent a young man from the service department to my home to put air in the bad tire. He then followed me to the dealership where I had the tire repaired. They took me in right away even tho they were busy . Thank you so much!!
