Each time I’ve been here for service it was always taken in at the scheduled time and the service was performed in a timely manner. This most recent visit was to fix an issue they noticed but I hadn’t. A nice loaner vehicle was provided.

They lie and say you will need something you don't. Also I needed brakes put on because my brakes wouldn't pass inspection and they said by there specs my bakes were good ,so I had to call SOA and they finally tool care of it car only had not even 13,000 miles on it.i could go on and on about this place but don't have time

The car I purchased there was for the right price, based on the internet pricing we all have access to. The dealership was quick and efficient. No waiting around and playing games. Straight forward and simple. I would recommend working with this dealership sales team. Questions were answered. When deviations or concerns were made by myself, they adapted and responded in a accommodating and satisfactory manner. Total Satisfaction of customer was demonstrated.

My Subaru Impreza needed servicing that included and oil change and a new air conditioner compressor at Fairway Subaru in Hazeleton, PA. I brought my car in on a Tuesday and the service technician explained that the compressor had to be ordered and I would need to bring my car back on Thursday. I told the technician I could not drive the car without air conditioning because of my health conditions that causes me to use oxygen. The technician made sure I had a loaner car to use until my car could be repaired. He even pulled the loaner car close to the door and cooled it down before I got in. When I retrieved my car after the repair (after service center hours) a lovely woman had my keys and paperwork. On my drive to retrieve my car, my oxygen machine started to malfunction causing me to be weak. The nice woman made sure I was OK and moved my car close to the door so I would not have to walk very far. Everyone at Fairway Subaru that I dealt with was professional and preformed their job with kindness. I truly appreciated their compassion.
