Well if you want to see my over experience from the start you will have to look up the town north nissan, austin TX and that will give you all the drama I went thru to get this 2010 Armada. Garlyn Shelton was overall the best dealership I have worked with! They were prompt, caring, concerned, helpful, friendly, customer friendly, and very knowledgeable! They worked with USAA in finding me the vehicle I wanted and at a affordable price I could afford! I am truly happy with the service I received and so glad that USAA put me in contact with this dealership because I was giving up on customer service while dealing with Town North Nissan. They have a great enviroment at their front desk and some of the car salesman even remembered my situation and greated me at the front desk and cheering me on to get the vehicle I have been waiting for four months. This was a hard vehicle to get a hold of but let me tell you, "Good things come to those who wait" and Garlyn Shelton took real good care of me and got me the truck I wanted and provided me with the GREAT customer service I was looking for. I would totally recommed this dealership to my family, friends and co-workers in the U.S. Army. Thanks Ron, Robby and Matthew for all the work you guys put into getting me into my first Nissan and hopefully not my last! Truly happy Customer! Lisa Barnes

I sent this dealership a very low quote for a Sentra 2.0 S and they gave me an even better deal. They did not balk over the price when I came in. They had a great selection of vehicles. The salesperson was very professional, friendly and knowledgable. When my trade in did not come in at a very high amount, the General Sales Manager took it upon himself to come by and ask to look at my car one more time to see if he could re-evalaute the situation. The buying process was very pleasant.

Lousy finance guy

I was looking for buy an Altima Coupe 2008 and as a good consumer I shopped around for the best price and the best rate. Garlyn Shelton was pretty quick and contacted me through a nice lady who showed me around, and called me right away after they got the car i wanted and color i wanted, so i liked the sales customer service. but when i was sent with the "finance guy" everything changed. the guy seemed to be tired, not wanting to do his job, looked like napoleon dynamite's brother, i was hoping lafonda would show up at anytime...lousy lousy job, tried to get me into the trick of "how much can i pay a month", you don't use that with people in their mid-thirties, informed customers who contacted the dealer through the internet. To make the story short, he blew the deal with his "i am making you a favor" attitude, the guy offered me an 18% rate, which i took as an insult. come'n my credit is not perfect but i don't look like 19 and naive..buying my first car, later i sent an email to the saleswoman telling her what happened, i honestly was hoping a call from the manager but nothing...bottom line..another dealer was really glad with my business..i ended up financing the car at 8% and over 28000, their loss...if you get to go to a dealer in the fort hood/killeen/temple area..go to BATES!! Awesome service!!
